As soon as you step into this fabulous mountain retreat you'll be saying "Wow!  What a view!"  This log style cabin is located in the coveted Castle Glen Estates neighborhood and boasts one of the best views of the Big Bear Lake, mountains and town below.  Spend your evenings watching the sun set over the water while you soak in the hot tub, grill on the propane barbecue or just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine.

This cabin has a split level floor plan with the main living area on the upper level.  The living room, kitchen and dining room complete the space with wall to wall windows overlooking the lake.  There is plenty of comfortable seating on the large wraparound sofa in front of the wood burning fireplace and big screen TV with cable, Blu-Ray and streaming.  The kitchen has bar seating, plenty of granite counter space, separate prep sink, coffee pot, stainless steel appliances including gas stove top, single wall oven, microwave and dishwasher.  Two dining tables ensure everyone has a place for a family meal or holiday gathering.  The upper deck has the barbecue, seating and of course, the view!  There is also a large work space for your laptop and a half bathroom.

One level down is the entry level with the beautiful master suite.  Enjoy your own private seating area with gas fireplace, TV with cable, and deck with lake views.  Snuggle in for the night in the log style king bed.  The private bathroom has a corner tub, separate shower, double sinks and separate toilet room.

Down another level are three more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry room.  The second bedroom suite has a king bed, love seat with twin pull-out bed, private full bath with double sinks, lake views, a TV with cable and access to the hot tub.  The third bedroom has a king bed, TV with cable, lake views and access to the hot tub.  The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk with additional twin trundle, a twin over twin bunk and TV with cable.

The lowest level is where all the evening fun is sure to be found!  Turn on a game on the large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player with plenty of seating on the wraparound sofa.  There is also a gas fireplace for those winter days.  Challenge each other to a game of pool or ping pong on the convertible table or try your luck on the arcade game table.  Mix up a cocktail at the wet bar with sink and small fridge.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
