This real stone house was rebuilt over 100 years ago and this year (2013) newly renovated and equipped with a private pool. It is located in the ancient village Llubi, in the heart of Mallorca.

Dangle an idyllic place to rest and soul, which is surrounded by nature and tranquility. It has been carefully restored and tastefully decorated to create a cozy and comfortable accommodation.

The house has a large terrace with garden furniture, sun deck, outdoor shower and a beautiful private pool with Jacuzzi. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room.

Fantastic house - Truely 5 Stars

Stayed here in October 2015. This is a beautiful villa and is spotlessly clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and honestly we didn't want to leave. There are a small number of bars and restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets for the essentials. There is also a large Lidl around 10 minutes drive away in Inca. The town is very traditional and gives a true feeling of mallorcan life. I would highly recommend.

Location fidèle aux photos

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à llubi, il y a quelques points qui n'étaient pas précisés dans l'annonce, comme la place de parking, il n'y en a pa d'attribuée il faut trouver une place dans la rue pour se garer, la piscine n'était pas chauffée, ce n'est pas forcément très grave mais avec des enfants en bas âges c'est moins pratique. La rue est assez passante du coup assez bruyante surtout que deux des chambres donne sur la rue, les éboueurs passent tôt le matin vers 3h du coup les premières nuits c'est un peu dur. Malgres ces quelques désagréments nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans une location avec beaucoup de confort et le ménage fait durant le séjour.

A wonderful place to return. Un maravilloso lugar para volver

The "Villa Romantica" we had in Llubí (Majorca) is simply wonderful. It's a fully-equipped old house completely renovated that caters for everything you need. The pictures on the webpage portray exactly what the house is like although I must say it's even more beautiful when you are in the house itself. We had drinks to welcome us and everything is so new and clean that it has been a real pleasure our stay in the house. It is really ell located because it's in the centre of the island and this allows you to travel in all directions without having to spend a long time in the car. We were able to visit a great part of the sland because of this excellent location. Going to the house at night was very relaxing because the village is really quiet and we slept very well. The pool is a plus after a long day visiting the beautiful Majorca. Nicolás, the person from the organization we met is a friendly and helpful young man. No doubt we shall return to this house.

La "Villa Romántica" en la que nos alojamos en Llubí es espectacular. Tiene de todo. Es una casa antigua de pueblo totalmente renovada y con todas las comodidades. Es igual que en las fotos de la página web aunque yo diría que la realidad supera la impresión que te da la página web. A la llegada teníamos bebidas de bienvenida en el frigorífico y todo estaba tan nuevo y tan limpio que daban ganas de quedarse en la casa. Está muy bien situada en el centro de la isla lo que te permite viajar en todas las direcciones para ver Mallorca sin necesidad de hacer grandes desplazamientos. Visitamos muchísmos sitios y la vuelta a la casa con la piscina era realmente algo impagable. Llubí es un pueblo muy tranquilo por lo que el descanso nocturno estaba asegurado. Nicolás, el joven de la organización que conocimos fue muy amable y nos orientó sobre qué hacer en la isla. Sin duda está en nuestros planes volver a esta casa tan estupenda.

Perfektes Stadt-/Dorfhaus

Dieses Bijoux in Llubi verspricht tatsächlich nicht zuviel. Zentral im schönen Dorf, oder besser gesagt Städtchen Llubi gelegene Stadthaus, steht für erholsame Tage im ruhigen Herzen von Mallorca. Das Haus ist sanft renoviert und in einem guten Standart eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist für bis zu vier Personen ideal. Ein Innen- und ein Aussenbad, sowie eine zusätzliche Solaraussendusche im Poolbereich sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber zum Abkühlen und Planschen gross genug.,In allen Räumen sind wirksame Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Bei permanenten "Durchzugslüften" kann dank der alten Steinmauern die Temperatur angenehm gehalten werden, ohne die Klimaanlage einzuschalten. Sehr herauszuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft des jungen Eigentümerpaares. Wir fühlten uns wirklich als Gäste sogar wie Freunde behandelt. Die Eigentümer sind jederzeit erreichbar und für Problemlösungen da, falls nötig.

Im Städtchen Llubi gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Für grössere Einkäufe bietet sich das zehn Autominuten entfente Inca an. Von Lidl über Mercadonia bis zu Eroski ist alles vorhanden. Stündliche Busverbindungen über Inca nach Palma machen Llubi auch für Nichtautofahrer erreichbar. Zusätzlich gibt es in 20 Fussminuten Entfernung einen Bahnhof mit ebenfalls stündlichen Verbindungen nach Palma. In Llubi gibt es für Notfälle sogar ein Centro del Salud und eine Apotheke. Einige kleine Cafes, resp. Bars, ein einfaches Restaurant beim Kirchplatz, sowie ein Gourmetrestaurant (Daica) befinden sich ebenfalls in Llubi.

zusammengefasst ist dieses Haus in Llubi wirklich zu empfehlen. Danke den Eigentümern für ihre Herzlichkeit und Bemühung, uns einenangenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

WOW WOW unser Traumplatz WOW WOW

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Llubi und haben uns total in das Dorhaus verliebt. Die Bilder und Beschrieb sind absolut identisch mit der Anzeige.

Wir haben das Dorhaus absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt übernommen, die Bett-, Badwäsche waren neuwertig und in tadellosem Zustand inkl. der Pooltücher.

Die Buchung lief absolut unkompliziert ab, die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Besitzerin sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. V we miss you!!!

Das Dorfhaus können wir auf jeden Fall ohne wenn und aber weiter empfehlen.

Wir werden wieder kommen. Der Pool und die Chill Zonen ein Traum.

Mit einem Mietwagen ist Llubi ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, durch die Autobahn ist man sehr schnell in Palma ca 35km oder an den traumhaften Stränden von P. Alcudia, P. Muro, P. Pollenca ca 18km, auch der Abendausgang ist also ohne lange Anfahrtswege machbar, Märkte wie Inca, Sineu, Alcudia ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants gibt es genug und sehr gute, in der Nähe zu empfehlen, auf der Strasse nach Inca, Autobahnanschluss, das Son Catiu die Olivenoelmühle, sehr gute Grilladen und Spezialiäten. Der Besitzer und sein Serviceteam sehr nett und zuvor kommend empfehlen wir sehr gerne wenn man keine Lust hat weit zu fahren und in der Nähe essen möchte. In P. Alcudia ist es das des Port am Ende des Passeo typisches spanisches Lokal mit super Tapas freundlicher Bedienung und gutem Service. In P. Pollenca lieben wir das Capucchino zum Frühstück direkt am Meer wunderschöne Lage und wie in allen Capucchinos sehr netter Service und das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität.

Wir haben unseren Traumplatz gefunden und haben unsere 2 Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen, wir vermissen die Sonne und Mallorca und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Llubi,bis ganz bald... ;-)

Llubi is a quiet and peaceful village in the north of Mallorca. The area is largely dominated by agriculture and has retained its original charm. Although Llubi seems sleepy, with its 2000 inhabitants somewhat, it is still a typical Mallorcan town with many traditionally built homes, which has remained largely undisturbed by tourism. Enjoy the rural ambiance, stroll through the sunny streets and alleys, and do not feel like one of many visitors. The idyllic landscape offers plenty of privacy. Llubi has several bars, restaurants and shops for daily supply. There's the San Miguel church and beautiful windmills in place that underline the agricultural and flair that you can visit doing a nice walk.

Around Llubi cereal and almond cultivation is mainly operated, but also orange groves are located in the area. The community for its capers and herb cultivation is known. A landmark Llubis is the hermitage 'hermitage of Sant Crist del Remei' . It is located just outside the town on a small hill, dates from the 19th Century. There is also a restored old Llubi Crossroads 17th Century. Every Tuesday is the weekly market on Placa de la Carretera. The landscape level can be delightfully explored by bike. Even trips to all parts of Majorca offer themselves due Llubis central location. Near the town of Inca, which is known for its leather goods and footwear production is.

Until the tourism marked Can Picafort in the Alcudia bay, it is also not far. The bay has several beautiful sandy beaches. Puerto de Alcudia is 15 km away. With a car, so you are well prepared in Llubi because you can spend in idyllic surroundings and absolute calm his holidays and is mobile for exploring the surrounding area.
