Very comfortable House and well situated to explore both York and surrounding area. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofas are very comfy. We have all enjoyed our stay and thank you for leaving toilet rolls etc . Much Appreciated.
Convenient for York and surrounding countryside, immaculate house and very comfortable beds!
Our family needed a week in a house fairly centrally located with parking, which is what we got. The house was very neat, tidy and clean. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The agent's staff were very accessible and helpful and the owners obviously take pride in the property.
an excellent find. lovely house, thoughtful welcome pack and in peaceful neighbourhood but round the corner from the Fox & Roman (ideal) and an easy/ pleasant 10-min walk to the City Centre. Would definitely stay again.
Had a lovely stay the house is nicely furnished and a lovely welcome pack left for us the house is in a quiet location really close to the races and within easy distance of all york's facilities look to return again next year x
An extremely well furnished house, comfortable, calm and very clean, there is a nice patio area at the rear for drinks or eating. We found the house in a nice quiet area, yet just round the corner is a very good pub : The Fox and Roman, where we had a nice meal, a short walk from there heading towards York is another great pub called the Cross Keys which has been recently refurbished.
We had a excellent Saturday at York races, then a very relaxed Sunday wandering round York. All in all a great weekend, cant wait to go again. David and Jane Bond
The house was furnished to a high standard, clean and very well equipped. Pleasant garden and nice quiet cul-de-sac. Ideal location to explore York
