This beautiful, first floor apartment enjoys some of the best possible views of Looe Harbour. Situated in the heart of the old town, the building was originally the main post office for Looe, so is extremely well placed for all local shops, pubs and restaurants. It is also particularly convenient for the quayside, main beach, picturesque Looe Valley Railway, local ferry service and the points of embarkation for numerous river and sea trips - all of which are within a few minutes stroll along level ground.

Excellent location

We really couldn't have picked a better apartment as regards location. Right in the heart of all of the amenities without being noisy at night. The description was spot-on and I did a virtual tour beforehand which was really helpful. The property was spotless and very well maintained. We loved the window seat, watching boats and people.

There are lots of little tea rooms, cafes and pubs right on the doorstep. Also take-aways on the same Street.

The only thing I would suggest is some hooks in the bathroom. We had to use the clothes airer for towels. Also in the bedroom maybe some drawers. The clothes cupboard had the vacuum cleaner and clothes airer in it which I had to remove to hang clothes up so the vacuum was in the bedroom all week but really we didn't have any complaints at all. Weather let us down but that is what made the location even better.

The harbor and beach are very close by and water sports, tennis, fishing, golfing, riding, coastal walks and National Trust houses and gardens are all close at hand.

The Eden Project and Plymouth are about a forty minute drive with Truro & the north coast (Padstow, etc.), reachable in about an hour.
