This apartment features a large open concept kitchen, dining and living room with full length windows running the entire length, large balcony and mountain views to die for. Three good size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, separate laundry room round out the 110 square meter apartment. Parking space included. Close to all the amenities - the Weisshorn cable car station is only 400 meters away, and restaurants, bars, shopping, ice-skating, sledding and other sport activities are within a couple minutes walking distance.
We are a family of five with both Canadian and American roots. We have lived in Switzerland for five years and decided to stay here as we love the quality of life, as well as the mountains, lakes and landscapes.

We fell in love with Arosa the minute we came here to ski for the first time with our family. The town has a certain nostalgia about it, and is extremely family friendly while at the same time having lively places and activities for our teens. Enjoying many ski vacations in this mountain paradise, we were thrilled when the opportunity came up to buy this second home in the mountains.
You can't beat the central location of the apartment. On a quiet street right in the center of town so much is within just a few minutes walk, including the ski lifts, restaurants and shopping. When there is plenty of snow, you can even ski right back to the apartment on the street!
We were surprised by the completeness of all the basic needs in the apartment! like for instance, soap,shampoo, bodylotion, toiletpaper etc.... And in the kitchen all basic needs for cooking like pepper, salt, oil, vinegar, etc..... The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!!
Located in the center of town -- this apartment has it all. Impeccably clean, spacious and well-appointed, it really left us wanting for nothing. Although it has Wifii and tv, we were too busy enjoying the breath-taking scenery which greets you every morning from the front windows and spacious balcony. Ski hills and lifts are walking distance. We even indulged in a trip to nearby Davos. The owner has also thoughtfully provided fondue and raclette sets for a truly Alpine experience (my kids love it!). Or you can choose from several options (Swiss, Italian, Mexican, Thai etc.) for dining out -- all within walking distance. A room for ski storage with the heaters / dryers for the boots is an added bonus. Highly recommend this apartment; hoping to return soon!
What a stylish, well appointed apartment with cozy alpine touches! The owners have though of everything to make your stay a comfortable. The rooms are all spacious and the views are a combination of mountain vistas and quaint local buildings. You really feel like you are somewhere special. There is a wonderfully appointed kitchen than any cook would love. The atmosphere is welcoming and the apartment has great natural light and a very roomy balcony. Went for a wonderful stay for skiing and looking forward to hiking season.
This is a great apartment in a great location! Everything, lake, ski hill, walking paths, stores, restaurants, train, bus, etc, are just a short walk, yet the apartment is in a quite neighborhood with no noise. There is a great view out the livingroom window and off the balcony. The apartment is clean, about a year old, very light and sunny. The kitchen is well equipped (even a Nespresso machine and capsules). Owners are very nice. Would recommend without hesitation.
We’ve stayed in numerous condo rentals over the past two decades, primarily in the USA. This apartment is probably our favorite due to its furnishings and proximity to the ski slopes. It is incredibly clean and stylish, with amenities like in-floor heating, ski storage, heated towel rack, washer/dryer, wifi, grill and wine fridge. The view is spectacular, and you can watch the sun rise over the mountains and highlight different parts of town throughout the day. I no longer ski, but I had a great time hiking the groomed pedestrian trails and riding the lifts to join my family on the mountain for lunches. Arosa also has plenty of stores, restaurants, skating, sledding, and other activities to amuse you if you want a break from skiing. The train provides scenic views en route to town, and the station’s less than a half-mile from the apartment. We also took the town’s free bus to one of the ski lifts—though we walked back down the slope and through town on our return. The apartment owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making your stay comfortable…even stocking a jar of Swiss chocolates for you. I would love to return in the summer, when we could open the windows and appreciate the fresh mountain breezes!
Note: Our most memorable meal was the 4-course dinner at Aifach, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas & lasagna at Cosimo Ristorente Italiano.
Klar, der Preis ist nicht gerade billig, jedoch war die Woche in dieser überaus schönen, sehr sauberen und bestens eingerichteten Wohnung jeden Franken wert! Der Empfang war schon sehr herzlich und unkomplizier und der Aufenthalt ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Jeder Bereich der Wohnung ist von sehr hohem Standard und verwöhnt jeden Gast!
The beautiful mountain resort of Arosa is located at an elevation of 1800 meters at the end of the Schanfigg valley in canton Graubunden. The upland valley features a breathtaking panorama, surrounded by an unbroken ring of mountains 2,500 to 3,000 meters high. The town of Arosa extends outwards from its two lakes - in one direction across wooded slopes towards Maran and Prätschli and in the other towards the ring of mountains around Inner-Arosa, covering a difference in altitude of 180 meters. A free local bus, running regularly during the peak winter season, connects these two areas.
Boasting 1800 hours of sunshine every year, Arosa benefits from broad skies, a south-facing location and favourable cloud conditions.
The wonderful diversity of nature is complemented by a nice variety of sporting, leisure and cultural amenities. There is something for everyone in the family - skiing and sledding, hiking, relaxation, nightlife, fun, shopping or a bit of all of the above. Arosa's advertising slogan rings true: 'Warning: Arosa can be addictive!', meaning that you can certainly never have enough of the unique alpine scenery awaiting you.
