The apartment is in the quiet, secure community of Albamar, with beautifully maintained gardens. Three swimming pools are within 2 minutes walk. Beach is 10 minutes walk. The community has it's own bar serving drinks, refreshments and local food.
The apartment has two en suite bedrooms. One has a bathroom and balcony over-looking the gardens. The other has a shower room.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, and all the plates, cutlery, pots and cooking pans you will need.
The lounge/dining room has a table to seat 6, a sofa bed suitable for 2 people, a LCD TV with satellite channels, speakers for phones/tablets/laptops, and doors to the patio.
The patio has a table and four chairs for you to enjoy dining al fresco, as well as a sun-shade to keep you cool if required.
Only 2 or 3 minutes walk away there is a selection of bars and restaurants, as well as a beauty salon, supermarket and newsagent. Ten minutes walk takes you to the beach, and a further selection of bars and restaurants, and a larger supermarket.
Fuengirola and Marbella are a short drive away, both providing excellent opportunities for shopping, dining, entertainment and night life. Fifteen minutes away is the exclusive port, marina and beach of Cabapino. Puerto Banus is a little further and is a must for admiring luxury yachts, super cars, and boutique shopping.
For family fun, a water park is only 10 minutes away in Fuengirola and several zoos and aquariums are in the area. Dolphin watching can also be enjoyed nearby.
Further afield are the delightful sights of Mijas village high up in the hills, Rhonda and Coin, and even Seville. Gibraltar is under an hour drive, as is the ferry port if you wish to visit Tangiers in North Africa.
There are numerous golf courses in the area, including the exclusive Valderrama, venue for the Ryder Cup and Volvo Opens.
As a family we have been enjoying holidays in this apartment and in the area for over 15 years. Our two sons love staying here, and with plenty to do to keep them occupied, so do we!
The property has just undergone complete modernisation in January 2015, with new kitchen, bathrooms and redecoration, providing a modern and contemporary feel. Being within a secure community provides that peace of mind for families. The landscaped gardens provide a haven of tranquillity, whilst not far outside are bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.
Easy drive from airport. Good transport links. Close to beach, shops, restaurants and bars, while being quiet and family friendly. Completely modernised in January 2015 (photos to updated soon).
We stayed at Richard's apartment for over two weeks and found the accomodation extremely comfortable, with particular focus on the excellent kitchen and bathrooms. The location has three swimming pools, fantastic gardens, and in extremely private. Lovely beach restaurants nearby too.
We recently spent 10 nights at this property and immediately felt at home. Fantastic property with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The position of the apartment within the complex was fantastic. Just a few steps to the pool and pool bar. We visited a number of excellent restaurants in the surrounding areas, particularly enjoying Olivia's in La Cala. We will be back!!
We really enjoyed our week in the apartment. It is very well equipped with everything you could want. The new internet tv is great as you can use it to log onto Netflix if you have an account at home which was good to keep the kids entertained during midday sun. The only thing the apartment is missing is air con. There are ceiling fans and we managed fine even in pretty hot temperatures. The toddler pool was perfect for our 3 year old and the food at the pool bar was decent enough. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. All in all a fantastic time.
This was our second stay at this lovely apartment and it was just as good this time around. The location is great, with restaurants and a supermarket close by. The apartment itself is clean and well cared for and has lots of decent kitchen equipment, a washing machine and wi-fi. The owners Richard and Louise were really helpful with directions, information and restaurant and car hire recommendations. Even though we were there in peak season, the pool area was not overcrowded and we had it to ourselves on more than one occasion. In fact, there are 3 pools to choose from on this lovely complex. We had another wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it.
Nice app with every equipment to wish for. Very modern and fresh. The pools and the garden were terrific. Nice and quiet area.
We've just returned from week in the house and it was really lovely. Light, bright, modern, comfortable with all mod cons, we had a great time. Soft fluffy towels, a brilliant shower, lots of storage and on a very nice complex. There are are bars and a restaurants a few minutes walk and the main road is 5 minutes down the hill making everywhere easily accessible., Thanks
Quite community of Albamar, in the peaceful urbanisation of Miraflores. Although quiet there is plenty to do, places to eat and drink, sights to see, and beaches to enjoy.

Changeover day is a Saturday during high season, but we do try to be flexible with this outside of these periods.
- Rental price included bed linen and towels for up to four guests. Bookings for 5 or more people will be charged £20 per additional guests to cover laundry charges.
• Check in is from 4pm on arrival day and check out is by 10am on departure day. May be some flexibility depending on previous and subsequent booking dates and times.
