Detached house renovated in 2012 with 4 bedrooms only 70 m. from the beach

Magnificent detached house with character, built in the 50s Ibiza design and fully renovated in 2012. It is located high on a hill facing the sea, so called 'Montemar'. The reform has sought to create different environments using both modern style as a vintage style. Includes very special decoration objects, some of S. XVIII. Located in Palma, just 80 m. Beach and 5 minutes from downtown. It has 300 m2 built on a plot of 500 m2.

Distribution: The main floor has 2 double bedrooms (including 1 double), 2 bathrooms, a spacious hall, lounge with sea views and a spectacular kitchen of 40 m2 with fireplace and direct access to one of the terraces overlooking the sea. On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. To access the house there to climb some stairs equivalent to two floors.

Interior: TV, satellite, stereo.

Exterior: Large terraces, including a roof of 80 m2. Barbecue.

The deposit will not be returned if they sleep on the property more than 8 people allowed if large parties are made or not delivered on the conditions under which it was received on arrival.

ruim, goed ingericht en uitgerust vakantiehuis

Dit goed uitgeruste moderne huis beschikt over grote ruimtes en verschillende terrassen, ideale ligging op de hoofdstraat langs de kustlijn en dus dichtbij alle winkels en restaurantjes.

Verschillende verdiepingen en dus wel veel trappen.

Enkel de Spaanse properheid was een minpunt. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Moeilijk parkeergelegenheid.
