Jardines de Casares is approx. 350 meters from Casares Bay, a beautiful sandy, unspoilt stretch of coast with two of the finest Spanish restaurants in the whole region overlooking the bay. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 Master bedroom with En-Suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms both with twin beds and house bathroom on first floor. Ground floor Living Room, open plan dining area with window and French doors looking on to a private patio and enclosed private garden (child friendly). Ground floor W/C and fully equipped kitchen.

With sunshine most of the day and late in to the evening, the private patio and garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer (or two), whilst watching the sun set over the mountains.

The local beach, beach bars and restaurants are excellent, however Estepona and the beautiful marina of La Duquesa are only minutes away, where there are many more restaurants, bars and activities. The house is perfect for using as a base for exploring the area and great for golf with more than 60 golf courses stretching along the Costa de Sol.

Estepona also has the wonderful must visit African Animal SELWO National Park, with water parks also accessible within a short drive. Street markets at Marbella, Estepona, SanPedro, Sabinillas and Purto Banus as well Sotogrande and San Rogue.

Cosmopolitan Life can be found 20/30 mins away in the 'JET-SET' Marbella and Puerto Banus with its hustle and bustle shopping experience of every kind and one of Spain's biggest shopping centres, La Canada.

A trip to Morocco on the Hydrofoil is recommended for exploring North Africa .

For those who are interested in horse riding, there is a riding school at San Pedro. Selwo safari and adventure parks are also close by for all the family. Sea fishing on local beaches or via boat hire, and bird watching are all available nearby.

The local towns of Sabinillas, Duquesa and Estepona are only a short drive away and all have several bars and restaurants as well as shops.

The white village of old Casares is well worth a visit and is renowned for its pretty white houses - one of Spain's best kept secrets. There are many world class golf courses including Finca Cortesin only 1km away - home of the Volvo PGA master in 2010. Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar are only a short distance along the coast - a must visit

Great value and well equipped 3 bedroom town house with panoramic views and only approx. 350 metres walk to the nearest beach. The house has gated security, 2 pools, private enclosed garden and patio with BBQ and sun loungers. A 5 minute drive to the bustling marinas of LaDuQuesa and Estepona.

The beach at Casares is within walking distance (about 300 metres). There are a small number of bars and restaurants on and around the beach plus the 5* Finca Cortesin beach club. The newly opened Rossario gardens close by offers further entertainment for all the family with evening performances by local artists and shows in the open air theatre. Children can play in the park, enjoy an ice cream, drink or snack whilst adults can enjoy a cold beer in the fully stocked bar.

The local towns of Sabinillas, Duquesa and Estepona are only a short drive away and all have several bars and restaurants as well as shops.

Next to Sabinillas is the lively port of Puerto de la Duquesa, offering international cuisines in a variety of excellent restaurants overlooking the marina, and plenty of night-time entertainment.

Ticked Every Box!

We stayed at Jardines de Casares at the end of May 2017 for a week and couldn't fault it. We were four adults and the house was the right size and space, even on the hottest day (34degrees) the house stayed nice and cool.

The pool area was very quiet, for most of the time we had the pool to ourselves! The complex and the surrounding areas were very quiet, perfect for relaxing and the garden of the house was secluded and a lovely little sun trap. The bedroom views look over a local park and surrounding hills. The only noise apart from the occasional car, was the birds and frogs (at night) very relaxing.

We hired a car and it was the best choice, it gave us the freedom to explore the local area in the morning and then relax by the pool in the afternoon. One of our highlights was visiting the village of Caseres, traditional Spanish town with beautiful views. On the way back, on the recommendation of one of the friendly neighbours, we stopped for lunch at Aroya Honda, on weekdays a 3 course meal is €15.00 per person, which is a bargain and lovely food. You need to book as they get busy. Jan and Tim had also suggested in their welcome pack some lovely places to visit.

The only complaint is there was no shade by the pool, we had been told by other residents on the complex that the sun shades were due to be replaced, this was OK for us as we only spent the afternoon by the pool and are sun worshippers, however other residents with children had brought their own umbrellas for shade. Also the BBQ isn’t the best, it’s quite small and doesn’t get very hot. However these are the only faults we have which is pretty good.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a relaxing holiday but still want to get out and explore. I wish we had been there longer, as one week wasn’t enough. We look forward to staying in Jardines de Casares again in the future.

A wonderful part of the world ....and in the Sun!!

Beautiful house, gardens and pool. Excellent location for visiting the local beaches, beach restaurants, bars and marinas, both by day or night, and all in easy walking distance. Although the perfectly quiet and private garden is also an excellent spot to relax with a good book!!

schön und erholsam!

Wir konnten einen 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt unter ständigem Sonnenschein geniessen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist sehr groß und garantiert Spaß für alle. Dass Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool vorhanden waren, haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sauber.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Dass alle Etagen klimatisiert sind, ist ein deulicher Plus! WLAN wurde gerade installiert ein paar Tage bevor wir angereist sind. Es funktionierte auch einwandfrei und diese kurzfristige Neuigkeit hat uns auch sehr gefreut.

Tim ist ein exzellenter Vermieter. Immer sofort erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Wir empfehlen die Anlage auf jeden Fall!

Der Stand am Haus (Casares Costa) ist sehr schön (WC + Duschen vorhanden). Es sind zwar Steine vorhanden aber so ist es an der gesamten Küste. Erst ab Tarifa ist feiner heller Sand zu finden.

Es sind schöne Ausflugssziele in der Nähe zu empfehlen: Estepona, Casares, Gibraltar, Tarifa sowie Ronda.

Schöne Promenade und gutes Restaurantangebot in Casares und Sabinillas.

Alles vol in ordnung

Das Haus ist voll in Ordnung und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auch ohne Fernseher.

Ob nur 300m bis zum Meer sind , kann nicht sagen, denn muss die große Straße überqueren und es scheint viel mehr zu sein.

Fijne vakantiewoning

Fijne woning op goede locatie. Dicht bij het strand. De bekende plaatsen zijn prima bereikbaar met de auto. De woning is keurig verzorgd.

De eigenaren zijn behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar.

Klein minpuntje is het ontbreken van WiFi De gemeenschappelijke tuin met zwembad ziet er gezellig en mooi uit. Ligbedden volop aanwezig.

Very nice House with great shared Pool near a beautiful Beach and Restaurants

We (two adults and two childresn) liked our stay in Tims house a lot. As advertised, it is pretty, clean, has everything you need incl. air conditioning (very important in summer) with a truly great, not crowded pool.

It is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Andalucia with plenty of places to visit and marvel at. The food is good everywhere with good prices. A car is very useful to have. The beach is not crowded and much cleaner then I had expected.

We would recommend this place to our family and friends and will try our luck ourselves again, when we are planning to be in the area.

The Costa Del Sol area has over. 300 days of sunshine and the average temperatures around 20c. makes it an ideal place to visit for those seeking warm weather. There are many blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants. The area is famous for golf, and the property is surrounded by no less than 60 Golf courses.

The ancient town of Ronda high in the mountains has breathtaking views and a busy town centre.

Gibraltar is 25 minutes drive away and North Africa is also within reach. The local town of Sabinillas is less than 5 minutes drive or a short walk on the beach. The town has an attractive beach-side promenade and a variety of cafes, bars, restaurant and ice-cream gala, shops and 3 large supermarkets.
