The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. My apartment is located in Puerto de la Duquesa, the main door to my block opening directly into the Marina. The high quality Marina Real block has marble floors throughout with underground safe parking for your car. My apartment has the best of 2 worlds as the main door to my block opens directly into the Marina with all the restaurants and bars but my apartment looks out over the beach and sea which is less than 100 metres away.

In the UK I am a property developer and professional landlord. I love the sun and so stay in my apartment up to 6 times a year, it is a great place to be with your family whether you are just relaxing, swimming and sun bathing, sightseeing, exploring or simply playing golf at the many championship golf courses within a short drive.

Why Mark Garner chose Manilva area

Marina Real was the last block to be developed around the Marina at La Duquesa and so has been built to the highest standards. My apartment block main door opens directly into the Marina but my duplex apartment is located on the 5th floor and my terrace has an amazing view looking onto the beach, Palm trees and the sea. It is an wonderful place just to sit and look out to sea relaxing. Being a property developer myself I am very particular in my requirements and my apartment ticks all the boxes. All the floors are marble with an excellent lift which goes direct from the underground garages to the top floor. There are of course stairs if you wish to take that route. The beach

The view from my terrace across the beach and out to sea is why I love going back many times a year with my family and friends. The choice of restaurants caters for all tastes or there are some quality bars if you just which to have a drink and watch the sunset.

The perfect weekend away!

A fantastic apartment! Fresh, clean, spacious, one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in! Never have I ever been greeted with a Bottle of wine on the table and fresh food in the fridge!

I highly recommend anyone to stay here! We will be back in summer! Thank you

Very well located & appointed apartment.

The apartment has everything one could possibly require for a holiday stay or a more lengthy let. The balcony is well situated as when i was there over Christmas it was very windy but i could sit comfortably with little effect from the wind.

Lovely apartment in an amazing location

The apartment is in a fantastic location, overlooking 3 pools and the beach on one side and the main door of the complex opens directly onto the port which has a great selection of pubs / restuarants.

Great location, peaceful evenings with the sound of waves

Really enjoyed our stay. The flat was in a perfect location, with plenty of places to eat and great cafes to catch the morning sun. The sea views were great as well.

The flat was clean and spacious, if we had cooked any meals, I am sure we would have found the kitchen suitable to our needs. Everything was just as it was described online.

The only complaint we had, is regarding the WiFi. It cut in and out and did not seem to want to work on Android at all. Whilst, I know we did not come to Spain to use the internet, it was our only way of communication with our families and the people we were to there to visit. If this were improved, I don't see why this property would not receive 5 stars.

Having had my properties in Prague listed on AirBnB, I am familiar with how these properties work and just a few tweaks and this place will be full year round.

Thanks Mark for hosting us and we may be back again!

Fantastic property in a great location

A lovely apartment with a view from the balcony over the sea. Being right in the Marina it's very well situated. Great value for money with good facilities. Booking and arranging collection of the keys was easy with an efficient service. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we will definitely be coming back for another stay.

One small downside was that the car parking space in the garage was very small and we didn't even try to get our car in! Although there is lots of parking outside the apartments on the street so it didn't detract from our lovely holiday.
