The owner is offering four 35 m² apartments to rent

Description:

One bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and a safe-deposit box

One cabin bedroom with two single beds

Living room with convertible trundle bed for 2 people and a wardrobe

American-style fitted kitchen, opening into the living room (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, raclette and fondue set, with crockery and cutlery for 6 people)

Separate toilets

Bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rack and hair dryer

Free Wi-Fi Internet access

Flat screen television

The balcony faces south-west, giving a stunning view of the surrounding slopes

Ski locker with shoe dryer

Access to the slopes:

The residence is in an ideal location, as from the ski shed you are directly in the nursery ski schools and ski-in/ski-out, which will lead you to all the ski lifts. You can return from any ski trail, back to the ski shed, with no queues if you return in the evening.

Ski rental:

The sales booth is based in the residence.

Ski schools:

The children´s ski schools, Prosneige and ESF, are at the bottom of the residence

Prosneige´s sales booth is located just in front of the residence in the ´Montana Soleil´

The ESF´s sales booth is just beside the ´Montana Valbel´residence

Nursery ski school for children aged between 3 - 35 months:

The ESF ski school is at the bottom of the residence.

Additional services in the residence:

- 2 restaurants which specialise in home cooking and fresh produce: ´La Montana´, a bar-restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, and L´Épicurien, a gourmet restaurant, just a lift ride away.... Special rates for guests

-a beauty centre with a sauna and Turkish bath, massage and various treatments

- a souvenir shop

Close to:

-Sucré Salé, a bakery in the Montana Valbel residence, 20 m away, and you can have breakfast delivered every morning

-A minimarket just 50 m away,

-Access to the shopping centre and sports centre with swimming pool, 5 minutes walking distance

-Several sports shops to rent equipment

Parking:

You can unload your luggage in front of your apartment, then park in a designated underground public parking zone (P2 is the nearest zone), because a resort without cars is a resort that can breathe.

Services:

Sheets and towels are provided: The final cleaning service is included in the price (except for the kitchen)

Conditions:

Keys will be handed over on site on Saturdays at 3 pm.

Payment: 25% of the total balance is required upon booking, and the total balance must be paid a month prior to arrival. A deposit of 300 euros is also required, which will be held and returned after the inspection of your accommodation, which takes place at the end of your stay.

Please note that no pets are allowed and it is a non-smoking apartment

Fantastic Appartment

The property is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you need for a stay, (coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, etc. saving a trip to the supermarket). Bastien could not be more helpful, even providing us with a bottle of Champagne upon arrival. The location was superb, right onto the nursery slopes from the First Floor. The beds were very comfy, I can only sing my praises to Bastien and his family. All the staff in the Residence were very friendly and I look forward to going back as soon as possible. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

A great apartment and a fantastic location

We booked for Christmas 2014 and could not have been happier with the booking. The owner was very good at communicating with queries and when we turned up in resort was on hand to greet us. The location is very good. Ski to door, 20 meters from the ski lifts, bakers and supermarkets close by, short walk to local restaurants and across from the mail lifts into the center - perfect!!

The apartment is very clean and tidy with everything provided - so good we immediately booked for this year and the ultimate compliment is taking friends who are also booking into the owners other apartments!

Emplacement idéal pour un appartement top niveau !

On a adoré séjourner à Val Tho dans cet appartement parce qu':

1. Il est idéalement situé :

- skis au pied dont Funitel Péclat, TS Cascades, TS Plein Sud ou encore TS Les 2 Lacs accessibles au saut du lit !

- vue imprenable (6ème étage) sur toute la station et la Cime Caron en prime,

- à deux pas de la très bonne boulangerie Sucré / Salé,

- au cœur de la Zone du Soleil qui, comme son nom l'indique jouit d'un ensoleillement maximal toute la journée (à nos dates, en fin de saison : de 7h à 20h),

- le local à ski, accessible depuis l'appartement par l'ascenseur, s'ouvre sur le rond-point des pistes.

2. Il est judicieusement agencé, très bien isolé, très bien chauffé et excellemment bien équipé (batterie de cuisine complète, appareils à raclettes et fondue, bouilloire, Senseo, grille-pain, four, lave-vaisselle et j'en passe). Pour nous, ça a été un gros + pour passer des vacances réussies et sans soucis.

Et cerise sur le gâteau : le propriétaire est serviable, disponible, réactif, à votre écoute et aux petits soins : il a pensé à tous les "à-côté" type pastilles de lave-vaisselle, sacs poubelle, etc ! Et ce pour notre plus grand bonheur.
