Access to the slopes:
The residence is in an ideal location, as from the ski shed you are directly in the nursery ski schools and ski-in/ski-out, which will lead you to all the ski lifts. You can return from any ski trail, back to the ski shed, with no queues if you return in the evening.
The sales booth is based in the residence.
The children´s ski schools, Prosneige and ESF, are at the bottom of the residence

The ESF´s sales booth is just beside the ´Montana Valbel´residence
Nursery ski school for children aged between 3 - 35 months:

-Sucré Salé, a bakery in the Montana Valbel residence, 20 m away, and you can have breakfast delivered every morning

You can unload your luggage in front of your apartment, then park in a designated underground public parking zone (P2 is the nearest zone), because a resort without cars is a resort that can breathe.
Sheets and towels are provided: The final cleaning service is included in the price (except for the kitchen)
Keys will be handed over on site on Saturdays at 3 pm.
Payment: 25% of the total balance is required upon booking, and the total balance must be paid a month prior to arrival. A deposit of 300 euros is also required, which will be held and returned after the inspection of your accommodation, which takes place at the end of your stay.
Please note that no pets are allowed and it is a non-smoking apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and has everything you could need, plus a stunning view from the balcony. The best is yet to come though - you really can't get more ski in- ski out than this - the ski locker (with boot warmer for 4) in the basement leads directly onto the piste. We will definitely be back!
The property is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you need for a stay, (coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, etc. saving a trip to the supermarket). Bastien could not be more helpful, even providing us with a bottle of Champagne upon arrival. The location was superb, right onto the nursery slopes from the First Floor. The beds were very comfy, I can only sing my praises to Bastien and his family. All the staff in the Residence were very friendly and I look forward to going back as soon as possible. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

We booked for Christmas 2014 and could not have been happier with the booking. The owner was very good at communicating with queries and when we turned up in resort was on hand to greet us. The location is very good. Ski to door, 20 meters from the ski lifts, bakers and supermarkets close by, short walk to local restaurants and across from the mail lifts into the center - perfect!!
The apartment is very clean and tidy with everything provided - so good we immediately booked for this year and the ultimate compliment is taking friends who are also booking into the owners other apartments!
Cet appartement, en première ligne face aux montagnes offre une vue splendide et un très bon ensoleillement. Appartement aux pieds des pistes, ESF devant la résidence.
Appartement très bien entretenu, propre et confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée (bouilloire, cafetière, appareil raclette, à fondue etc.)
Propriétaire réactif lors des échanges et souple concernant les horaires d'état des lieux entrées et sorties.
Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.
