Two bedroom apartment in the center of Valencia, near City Hall.

This apartment has a master bedroom with large bed 150 x 200. A large wardrobe and a chest for storing clothes or other items. Several hangers. Table to write or work and an armchair. Two shelves. Two large mirrors. And a nice balcony overlooking the street overlooking the large front lawn.

The second bedroom has two beds 90x190. It has a large closet, shoe rack, table and chair.

A bathroom with shower, storage cabinet bathroom fixtures, washer and dryer, and toilet.

A living / dining room and kitchen, large and bright kitchen.

Two large sofas, a coffee table that rises, flat TV and DVD, a round table with four chairs.

The house has central heating and hot water itself; air conditioner. The blinds are up and the front door and also are electric. Vaccum cleaner.

The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge, dishwasher, electric plates, hood, cabinets, kitchen utensils, oven / microwave, dishes, glasses, tablecloths.

It is the second floor of a beautiful old building but completely renovated, no elevator, and splendidly situated in the center of Valencia.

A hundred meters there is a public, cheap parking, and no reservation needed.

In the same area, there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops of all kinds, spa, ....

Very close to the subway and bus stops.

Ten minutes from the Town Hall Square, walking.

The beach, also close by, fifteen minutes drive; you can also go by bus or metro.

bedding and bath is provided and dining.

Excellent stay!

We had a month long stay at the apartment. We appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of our communications with Amparo, the owner, as well as our meetings with Virginia, the property manager. The apartment was well equipped and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere – 20 minutes to the Central Market and the centre of the city with all it has to offer, 10 minutes to El Corte Ingles and mall shopping, 10 minutes to the Turia Gardens, and only minutes to grocery stores, fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries, cafes and bars. For those who don't like to walk, public transportation, including buses and a metro stop, is within 2-3 blocks. Don’t miss Valencia's many museums, Café del Duende for flamenco (within walking distance), Cerveceria Alhambra for tortilla de patatas (just around the corner) and menu del dia offers. We highly recommend this apartment and also recommend Valencia as a wonderful city to visit.

A fantastic place to stay

We stayed at the property for three weeks and felt very much at home. We arrived approximately 1 am in the morning and were met by Virginia who looks after the apartment and lives a few miles away. Virginia was very friendly and accommodating. The owner, Señora Amparo, was very helpful in all the arrangements and maintained good contact with us, responding to all our enquires in the booking process and afterwards. The apartment is lovely and had all the facilities which we required. It was very clean and bright - lots of windows which all had security blinds. The apartment block is in a great area for shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars, but also, great walks, access to public transport. Very close by is the beautiful Turia (11 km in length) and lots of different parks and gardens. If you like the hustle and bustle or if you prefer the peace and quiet - its all there. In the apartment itself, it was very quiet and so, easy to sleep. The neighbourhood feels very safe. Would highly recommend this holiday rental!

Cómodo y muy bien situado

Cómodo, práctico, con todo lo necesario. En un lugar silencioso y con posibilidades de aparcar en la calle. Se puede ir andando al centro de Valencia dando un paseo muy agradable.

Muy próximo de una estación de metro y de paradas de autobús.

Muy recomendable.

Estancia muy agradable

Por motivos de trabajo me alojé en este estupendo apartamento durante un mes. El piso se encuentra situado muy cerca del casco histórico y tiene muy cerca transporte público (metro y autobus) y supermercados, que en mi caso ambos eran muy necesarios.

El apartamento superó mis expectativas, es tal cual lo puedes imaginar con las fotos y la descripción. Además cuenta con otros detalles no citados como secador, plancha de ropa y de pelo, productos de aseo, costurero, etc. Es muy funcional y estaba limpio.

Tanto Amparo, la propietaria, como la mujer que me recibió, Virginia, fueron muy amables y atentas en todo momento. El precio fue muy ajustado. Lo recomiendo.

Gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa aún estando lejos.

Piso estupendo en el corazón de Valencia

Hemos pasado un tiempo estupendo en este piso, reformado y muy bonito del centro de Valencia. La zona es muy agradable con muchos servicios y puedes caminar casi a cualquier parte de la ciudad.

Además Amparo nos ha ayudado en todo momento y recomendamos este piso si deseas pasar unos días por Valencia.

Très bonne location

J'ai séjourné en famille un mois et demi dans cet appartement. La location est conforme à sa description, propre et bien entretenue.

La propriétaire, très charmante et qui parle formidablement bien français, a toujours pris le temps de répondre rapidement à mes questions par mail ou téléphone. La dame qui nous a accueillis, Virginia, a été sur place tout aussi disponible et très agréable. J'ai adoré la situation de la location dans un quartier très sympa avec beaucoup de petits commerces. La station de métro est à proximité, tout comme l'arrêt de bus de la ligne 2 pour se rendre à la plage et celui de la ligne 95 pour aller à la Cité des arts et des sciences. Pour les courses, mercadona ou consum, 2 supermarchés de proximité, sont à deux pas. La location est à la limite de l'hyper centre ville et on s'y rendait à pieds également.

Valencia est une ville à visiter en famille.

Je recommande fortement cette location !

It is a quiet street, wooded less than a hundred meters from Angel Guimera Metro Station. Opposite the master bedroom balcony there is a large garden full of greenery.

And nearby begin a few hundred meters, the Jardines del Turia, by which one can walk, walk, go bicilcleta ...
