This lake front property has amazing views, it is a quite relaxing atmosphere with a private dock .This Lakefront cabin has 2 bedrooms bath.. utility room.. screened in porch..Rental also includes fishing boat with battery powered trolling motor and a canoe. The lakefront property is located just 15 miles from the famous JACK DANIELS DISTILLERY in Lynchburg Tenn.. Lincoln Lake is a private lake which does not allow gas powered boats .If you’re looking for COUNTRY...THIS IS YOUR SPOT! The nearest airport is Huntsville International which is 59 miles away. Lincoln Lake is a stocked private lake you are welcome to fish and a boat with a trolling motor will be provided. The lake and boat are only a few steps from the porch.

I would also be willing to trade a vacation trip to my lake house for an out of state hunting / fishing trip or a trip to the beach! If you have need of more space my neighbors also rent their house out its VRBO 1996530

Wonderful, simple getaway location

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for 4 nights. It's right on the shore of the private Lincoln lake where you can fish and relax. The neighborhood is quiet except for the occasional goose call from across the lake. Tom was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. There were no issues and we enjoyed being there. We used the boat a couple of times but mostly sat on the shore to fish and enjoy the weather. Kitchen has all the basic cookware and cutlery. Keurig worked perfectly. The screened in porch was wonderful for our dog to relax while my husband and I fished. The cabin is about 20 to 25 minutes from Fayetteville. No wifi but the cable works great and Tom has movies and games for the rainy weather and nighttime. We didnt catch a ton of fish but could be due to the time of year and that it was still a little chilly overnight. Overall a good stay. Thanks, Tom!

Beautiful Lake

Stayed for spring break. Property is beautiful, and house has everything you need. Owner is very helpful. Fishing was slow in Early March, but we were still able to get into some fish. Would definitely stay again.

We’ll be back!

Nice little rustic cabin, exactly as advertised with beautiful scenery and the symphony of nature. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away from the city. My husband thoroughly enjoyed having a boat and fishing gear available and caught several fish both on the lake and from the shore directly in front of the cabin. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing with a book on the screened in porch. Tom was wonderful and very responsive through the whole process. He also generously allowed us a free early check in and late checkout. We really hated to leave and my husband can’t wait to come back next year!

What makes this property unique

This is a small private lake community with fresh water fishing and all types of wildlife, jet skis and motorboats are not allowed. I provide a fishing boat with a battery powered trolling motor
