Extremely clean and pleasant. A lovely setting with hills behind and so close to the local beaches.

Everything was very well looked after. During the week Javier's parents mowed the grassed area, cleaned the pool and generally kept up the excellent standard of cleanliness.

The pool was really safe as was the whole property with attractive fences and gates all around. The village was lovely and our little granddaughter loved the local donkey, ponies, hens and little play park so nearby.

The hills behind the house were beautiful even when they had clouds on them. The local beaches were perfect with great sand and all with cafes nearby for coffees etc.

The local shop/bar were so friendly and we had a fabulous meal there on the last night - typical Asturian food - you have to book the day before but it was brilliant.

Javier was able to recommend a great seafood restaurant in LLanes with a fabulous view. Children were very welcome.

Great location, plenty of parking, well appointed.

This is a great house and one of the best rural areas of Asturias. Two of the best beaches are very close (one is walkable), close to the mirador, yet close enough to Colunga for grocery shopping. Two very minor complaints, the only cutting board in the kitchen was 6 x 6 inches, much too small, and the roof patio didn't have chairs so we couldn't enjoy it. But again, very minor! Everything else is great.

Read carefully, there is no oven, but that isn't really a big deal.

As an American used to big parking spaces, this place was great and stress free. It may seem silly, but I appreciated the parking compared to other places we have stayed in Europe.

I also suggest walking down the street to the neighborhood bar/cafe/store. They have basic groceries and very delicious local food. If you make reservations the day before and ask, the owners will make you some delicious fabada.

A perfectly situated, comfortable holiday house

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at La Llosa. It was a perfectly positioned, comfortable house, close to the lovely beaches and also to the most fabulous mountain views. Not only that but we had a gorgeous swimming pool to ourselves and a wonderful BBQ area.

We arrived very late but breakfast was waiting for us - thank you so much!

We spent our time driving up into the mountains which were spectacular and exploring local villages and walking along the coast - particularly enjoyed finding fossils of dinosaur footprints.

We would thoroughly recommend La Llosa as a great place to stay!

Lovely property in a beautiful peaceful area.

We spent six nights in La Llosa. We wanted a pool for our granddaughter, aged 6, and while it was early in the season and the weather was dull, she loved it. The house was clean and well maintained, facilities exactly as described. Javi met us on arrival even though it was very late and was very helpful and attentive. The area is very beautiful with mountain and many beaches and small towns close by. Overall a very pleasant experience.
