Fifteen years ago, as Canadians seeking a new life in Europe, we were immediately welcomed and adopted by La Garde Freinet which is a typical and very traditional Provencal village. Since our arrival we are here full time and we love our life here. There are so many things to see with charming villages, beautiful scenery and wonderful weather. Painters, writers, musicians, actors and movie makers visit or make their home in our village. In La Garde Freinet one finds people of all nationalities and it is definitely a special place whose secrets are worth discovering.
Resting in the hills, overlooking the sea, La Garde Freinet is there for you to enjoy 'the real life' in Provence.
