Michelle and Robert purchased this Apartment in 1997
Why Michelle and Robert chose Central London
Very well designed, comfortable and walkable to many of central London's attractions. Close to two subway lines for access to the airport or Eurostar.

Overall, we had an excellent experience. This flat is within 2 blocks of tube stops that will get you anywhere. It is clean, well-stocked with kitchen ware and in a safe neighborhood. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars for location was that the pub next door and the restaurant downstairs both were pretty noisy on the weekend. Weekdays neither one was a problem and even on weekends they both closed around midnight. On the plus side, we had a beer at the pub which was excellent as well as an excellent meal at the restaurant. I highly recommend this flat for a couple looking for a convenient place to stay in central London.
Coming back home to Warren St
I came back to the property after a two year absence, and it was just as comfortable as I remember. There had been enhancements to wifi, etc. The location is perfect for great restaurants, and to jump on the Tube to Leicester Square for theatre, etc. Communications easy. I'm starting to think of it as my London flat away from home.
The location of this apartment is ideal, with tube station at the end of the block. The room is up four narrow flights of stairs, but once the luggage is in, that’s not a issue. There are several pubs and good restaurants on the street, but they were quiet by about 10:00. I apparently did not receive an email or two sent by the property manager, but that might be a VRBO issue, and since the contact info was included on the reservation, we were able to contact her and gain access as planned. The apartment is equipped with essentials and comfortable furnishings. We recommend it!
Tidy bachelor with all we needed; well maintained; good location.
Overall our stay in this property was great, the property is a lot larger than it shows in the pictures (big plus), clean and centrally located. The kitchenette is a good option for a small meal or quick bite. One thing to note is that the property is in the third floor and with very narrow stairs (common in older European buildings) but keep this in mind when handling luggage up and down; not a big deal just be careful. We would definitely recommend this place and would consider coming back here again.
Enjoyable week in Central London flat
We really enjoyed this flat, so close to everything, whether you are a walker or an Oyster-user. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and well appointed, our "welcomers" kept us up to date on events in the city that would impact our travels and suggestions on places to visit, etc. Honey and Co downstairs is a top London restaurant and there are grocery stores a block away. The only reason we didn't rate it as
5-star was the street noise. Weekend revellers spill onto the street at the pub directly below the flat, so the smoking and noise level is quite high from about 5 pm until around midnight. As well, there seemed to be garbage collection and construction work most nights, throughout the night, which is problematic if you want to have the windows open. Other than that, it was an excellent place to stay.
This studio apartment is in Warren Street, W1, in the centre of London. It is walkable to many of the tourist locations including Oxford Street, Regents Park, the restaurants and bars in trendy Charlotte Street and Madame Tussauds. It is five minutes walk to University College Hospital (UCH). There are excellent transport links with three subway stations (Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regents Park) covering 5 different subway lines all within 5 minutes walk.
