The studio apartment is in Fitzrovia in the centre of London. It has recently been renovated.
The greeter will show you round the apartment, describe the area and answer any questions that you have.
The apartment is like a smart hotel room but better value and with a small kitchenette. There is no separate living room but there is a sofa, side tables and a coffee table.
We have other apartments in London. Please ask for details. The apartments are within walking distance to Oxford Street, London's main shopping street, but also close to the lovely Regents Park. Better value and much nicer than most Central London hotels. The apartments have recently been fully refurbished. There is a quality mattress (replaced August 2016). They come with free Wi-Fi Internet. They have double glazed, traditional sash windows. They have a Small kitchen and a modern shower room. The apartments are for one or two people.

We found the property to be even better than pictured. It is well managed - all our communication was fantastic and instructions clear on arrival. The location was perfect lots to walk to and two Underground stations only blocks away. The Honey and Co restaurant below the apartment also excellent. We hope to stay here again in the future!
Wonderful flat - perfect location
This is a great flat in a very convenient location. Check-in was easy, and David was able to accommodate our delayed arrival. The flat is clean, bright, and perfect for 2 people. As other reviewers have reported, street noise (especially from the pub next door) was at times audible, and the narrow staircase makes carrying bulky suitcases to the second floor (third, by American numbering conventions) a bit challenging (although David kindly helped me with mine). As runners, the flat’s proximity to Regents Park was especially convenient, and really everything else we needed was available within a few minutes’ walk.
All in all, we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.
Wonderful location as it is less than a 5 minute walk to the Warren Street station. Lots of restaurants, shops, and a Starbucks nearby! The flat was a great size for the two of us and perfectly clean. We were met by a greeter who showed us the flat and got us orientated. Being centrally located does tend to lend to street noise but nothing that was beyond normal. There are stairs to manage to the flat but that is to be expected as well. We would certainly book again!

I'm so glad to see they are still keeping the flat in good repair and even making improvements (love the new TV remote). Still my favorite stay in London. The location can't be beat.
Overall, this was the perfect rental for my 4 day jaunt to London. The location was perfect, with great restaurants, coffee shops and pubs all on the block and between two main tube lines. Was a short walk to Soho and Marylebone to enjoy drinks, food and meet ups with friends.
Check in/out was a breeze. The building was very secure. It was such a nice touch to have fresh milk and tea/kettle for use. Really you have all the necessary amenities that a hotel would offer at a fraction of the cost! The room was tastefully appointed. Very nice bathroom with modern decor.
I would highly recommend this flat and will look to stay there again!

Overall, a fantastic experience and value! The property guide in the room had some misleading information about a greeter fee which caused some confusion. David was a fabulous host, friendly and informative.
This studio apartment is in Warren Street, W1, in the centre of London. It is walkable to many of the tourist locations including Oxford Street, Regents Park, the restaurants and bars in trendy Charlotte Street and Madame Tussauds. It is five minutes walk to University College Hospital (UCH). There are excellent transport links with three subway stations (Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regents Park) covering 5 different subway lines all within 5 minutes walk.
Additional pricing information
The cleaning and greeting fee is £35 from 9am to 8pm (£50 8pm-10pm, £60 up to 11pm if available). There is no check in possible after 11pm. So if you use auto booking and arrive after 8pm you will need to pay an extra £15 or £25. 5% discount for bookings of 7 days or more (automatic) 10% discount for bookings of 20 days or more. 15% discount for bookings of 35 days or more. 20% discount for bookings of 50 days or more.
