Studio at the front of the building in a quiet street, walkable to most central locations. This apartment has a sofa but the sofa cannot be used for sleeping.

Warren St Modern Apartments

The studio apartments are in Fitzrovia in the centre of London. They has recently been renovated. There is a larger front studio and a smaller rear studio.

The greeter will show you round the apartment, describe the area and answer any questions that you have.

The apartment are like a smart hotel room but better value and with a small kitchenette. There is no separate living room but there is a sofa in the larger studio.

We have other apartments in London. Please ask for details. The apartments are within walking distance to Oxford Street, London's main shopping street, but also close to the lovely Regents Park. Better value and much nicer than most Central London hotels. The apartments have recently been fully refurbished. There is a quality mattress (replaced August 2016). They come with free Wi-Fi Internet. They have double glazed, traditional sash windows. They have a Small kitchen and a modern shower room. The apartments are for one or two people.

A little jewel in the centre of London.

We have stayed in many HomeAway/ airbnb flats in London, and this by far worked the best for us. It is a very clean, beautifully decorated flat and the owners could not have been more helpful, including carrying our bags up two flights of stairs. The wifi worked very well and we were able to have breakfast in the flat each day. We stayed for 11 days and Michelle kindly changed our sheets and towels at the end of the first week. The area is packed with great restaurants, our favourites being Honeys on Warren St., Honey and Smoke and Iberica( Spanish Tapas) on Great Portland Street. We walked most places, but did use the tube at the

end of Warren on several occasions. The larger of the two available flats is not huge, but considering space limitations in London, we felt it was fine for two of us and reasonably priced. Our overall impression was that considerable care had been taken to renovate the flat. We looked forward to going back each night after a busy day and hope to stay there again in the near future.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

We enjoyed our stay immensely and wouldn't hesitate to return. Lovely area away from the hype, with loads of restaurants nearby. Easy to navigate the Tube with two stops nearby.

Just stayed here for 8 nights..Very Good

Very Good rental ..near 3 metro stations (Warren St/Great Portland/Regents Park), easy walking distance to many restaurants ....good security with key lock street door, then key pad security door then key door to unit..clean, well kept..good shower with plenty of hot water...good heating system...large comfortable bed....On the downside unit is on 2nd floor and you need to go up four (4) flights of 8 stairs and wifi is not the strongest but better than average...there is a backup sign-in code but we were never able to log onto the alternative connection...Overall would definitely stay here again...Thanks

Lovely flat; great location!

Warren Street was the perfect location to walk to all the sights with shopping; restaurants and bars nearby,. David and Michelle were very helpful and kindly let us have a late checkout. The stairs were the only challenge if you are not agile but David chivalrously carried my bag up.

This studio apartment is in Warren Street, W1, in the centre of London. It is walkable to many of the tourist locations including Oxford Street, Regents Park, the restaurants and bars in trendy Charlotte Street and Madame Tussauds. It is five minutes walk to University College Hospital (UCH). There are excellent transport links with three subway stations (Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regents Park) covering 5 different subway lines all within 5 minutes walk.
