Studio apartment, close to transport

The studio apartment is in Fitzrovia in the centre of London. It has recently been renovated.

The greeter will show you round the apartment, describe the area and answer any questions that you have.

The apartment is like a smart hotel room but better value and with a small kitchenette. There is no separate living room but there is a sofa, side tables and a coffee table.

We have other apartments in London. Please ask for details. The apartments are within walking distance to Oxford Street, London's main shopping street, but also close to the lovely Regents Park. Better value and much nicer than most Central London hotels. The apartments have recently been fully refurbished. There is a quality mattress (replaced August 2016). They come with free Wi-Fi Internet. They have double glazed, traditional sash windows. They have a Small kitchen and a modern shower room. The apartments are for one or two people.

Great location near metro

Lovely apartment. Very nice bathroom with great shower. Seemed very clean. Bed was great. A little noise from pub below on Saturday night kept my husband up. I didn't hear a thing. If you're a light sleeper, I'd bring earplugs. Otherwise absolutely no issues. We didn't cook but used dishes, etc. for breakfast. Well appointed with just about everything you'd need including converters. We walked almost everywhere except after a long day. Warren Street station was just a very short walk. Would definitely recommend. Off to Paris!

Great flat in a great area of London

I stayed here on two different extended occasions. Overall, I thought it was terrific and I had great experiences. Michelle was my contact and she was great. As others have noted, the studio apartment is very tastefully decorated in a very convenient area, but not too overcrowded with tourists, and I enjoyed the feeling pretending I was a Londoner living in Fitzrovia in a third floor walk-up. I got to know a number of the excellent restaurants, and even their owners, just outside the apartment building doors on and around Warren Street, and the proximity to Underground stations was ideal. I will say that demand for the property seems high such that the rate charged, at times, was significantly more than what one would pay (depending on the season and inventory demand) at a 4 star plus hotel in Bloomsbury that offers more amenities, so I'm not sure how much higher the rate can go. Again, overall, this is a terrific place.

Clean, quiet and in a fantastic location

My wife and I just returned from a week in London and Dublin. If you're looking for a fantastic location in central London, look no further than Warren Street. Convenient to multiple Tube stations and an easy walk to major attractions. It is clean and quiet in the evening...you may hear some patrons to Smugglers Tavern outside on a Friday or Saturday evening but it seemed to quiet down around 10:30pm. It's also next door to Honey & Co which we found to be fantastic - the meals and pastries are wonderful.

Do yourself a favor and book this room during your visit to London!

Still love it.

Been there several times before, and it's still terrific. This time, there was a small problem with the shower drain, and it got fixed within an hour of me reporting it. (Great service!)

I should note that the street can get a bit noisy in the evenings, but this does not bother me at all.

Best location, clean comfy unit, nice people. It will continue to be my "go to" choice for London stays.

Note for future guests: the TV remote is a bit temperamental when it comes to the "on" function, for some reason. But a workaround exists in the button on the side of the TV.

Pristine Studio!

Just stayed in this studio apartment for 3 nights while in London, and we would highly recommend to anyone who needs a nice, out of the hub-bub areas of London (in Fitzrovia) with easy access to the underground. Very clean and modern. Bedding comfortable and the bathroom quite nice. The meet and greet was informative and helpful. Lovely accommodation!

Car: not necessary

This studio apartment is in Warren Street, W1, in the centre of London. It is walkable to many of the tourist locations including Oxford Street, Regents Park, the restaurants and bars in trendy Charlotte Street and Madame Tussauds. It is five minutes walk to University College Hospital (UCH). There are excellent transport links with three subway stations (Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regents Park) covering 5 different subway lines all within 5 minutes walk.
