This attractive “summery” villa with a cascade pool is surrounded by decked terraces and a rock garden, set within a small plantation of fruit trees with distant views of the Ria Formosa estuary (a natural park in south-eastern Algarve).The Villa with four bedrooms , two master and two twin , is surrounded by decked terraces, a cascade pool and a big 'gazebo' which provides a spacious shaded and cool lounging area. So near the beach and so countryside stile it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy Algarve sunshine. Located 20 minute form airoport, Golf courses and famous Almansil restaurants and discos, one can enjoy the best of two worlds.

About The Owner

We are a traditionally Portuguese family enjoying Holidays in Eastern Algarve for more than 30 years. We always loved the calm environment , the magnificent beaches with water temperature above normal, the fantastic food and the simplicity of the markets, and yet , at a 30 minutes distance from central Algarve, of Golf courses and social life.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2004

Why The Owner chose Tavira region

So we decided to buy this house where we relax from urban life,right in the middle of the National Park, but at the same time at walking distance from the near market. Tavira nearby, is one of the most architecturally attractive towns in the Algarve and its origin dates back to around 2.000 BC - just some of its charms are the beautiful empty beaches with sands that seem to go on forever; fields of orange trees, heavy with the scent of blossom; and houses with dazzling whitewashed walls and distinctive chimneys decorated to resemble fine tracery of lace.

What makes this villa unique

The Villa is located in a peaceful location not far away from the sea .The only immediate connection to the real World is the small regional railway that passes, infrequently, 150m away. The grounds of the property are totally enclosed and with an entry gate. One feels like staying in the countryside, looking to oranges trees and walking in the fields, but still you are looking to the sea while relaxing in the pool. There not many houses as this one in Eastern Algarve.

Sightseeing in Tavira and surrounding villages - were typical houses have traditional borders painted with geometrical or floral motifs that frame walls, windows and doorways plus ornate chimneys rising from the roofs, many of which are masterpieces of mortar work. •the Spanish border and Seville are also only a short driving distance away – so why not visit?
