Large luxury villa having large garden, pool and BBQ area. The villa offers accommodation for 12 persons and benefits from entrance/reception hall, large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, 5 bedrooms.

The villa is located in a quaint village in a setting around woodland, whilst at the same time being just 5 minutes away by car to the A7 which connects to all tourist destinations.

Lovely garden and barbecue area conveniently located close the pool and kitchen. The property also has a very large annex space which can be used as an additional accommodation.

About Nicholas Camilleri

We are Nicholas and Iveta Camilleri. I am a Software Engineer and my wife is a Insurance professional. We went to Portugal in 2009 and fell in love with the country. We subsequently decided to purchase a villa there with the aim to move there permanently. In the meantime when we don't enjoy it ourselves, we let it out for other people to enjoy whilst visiting this amazing country.

Why Nicholas Camilleri chose Torres Vedras area

We bought the property with us in mind but also thought that it would have to be in a good spot for tourists given that we plan to let it for a long time to come. The property is perfectly situated close to Lisbon Center, Mafra, Sintra and Cascais whilst at the same time being close to the less commercial places towards the north. It is also close to many beaches and golf courses. Although the property is situated in a very quite area with a small forest in front, it is just 5 minutes drive from the A8 motorway which has links to all the great places one would like to visit while in Portugal.

What makes this villa unique

The main benefits include: Location (quite and tranquil area, yet close to most locations you would plan to visit while in Portugal) Good sized pool, BBQ area and huge garden (great for kids) House with character but not to old. Also the house is in great condition as it has recently been completely refurbished. Sleeps up to 10 people. Comes with an additional annex which can be used as a chill out zone during the day and can shield from too much sun whilst still being outside next to the pool.

The villa is located in a small charming village called Sarge. Torres Vedras city centre is just 5 minutes away. There you can find restaurants, super markets, historical places and much much more. The beaches and west coast are also just 15-20 minutes away. Also, Arena Shopping is less than 5 minutes (2 KM) away and with a total of 90 shops you are bound to find what you are looking for. This shopping mall includes a large supermarket ideal for doing some good grocery shopping for large groups of people.
