Charming, dog friendly and affordable two bedroom/two bathroom downstairs of house, located at 215 Charleston Blvd., Isle of Palms, SC, is just a short walk to the beach! (See photo of beach access...just 449 feet) Only 0.5 mile to Sullivan's Island and 10 miles to downtown Charleston.
Features include: Ground floor for easy access, spacious, fenced backyard for dogs and deck with grill and room for dining, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, WIFI, cable television and DVD player in Living Room, Washer/Dryer. LINENS INCLUDED.

Outstanding property and room layout. Fenced backyard was great for our 2 pups. All furniture and appliances were top notch and the bathrooms very nice. The one block walk to a beautiful beach was perfect. Good restaurants within a few blocks.

Cozy with beach access

Everything that have in the listing is truly there. Very close to the beach access. Perfect place to getaway. Kitchen has the cookware to make breakfast/dinner. Bedroom are placed at opposite ends of the house. Owner is understanding and friendly. I would definitely come back again.

we had a great time at the beach - went every day and even at night. Lee was thoughtful and response time was very quick. it was quiet and loved the yard which we spent time in during the sunny afternoons.

Isle of Palms getaway

First time in the area and it was a great time. Host was kind. Loved the backyard and proximity to the beach. Too cold to swim but fully stocked with all things for beach fun. Would definitely rent this place again when in the area.

Nice apartment on IOP

Husband and I live near by and needed a place to stay while having some work done on our home. This place was perfect for what we needed..very clean and well laid out. Our lab loved the backyard and walks on the beach, which is very close! The location is in a quiet area but convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Easy to park and access. Well stocked with all you need to get started. It is not a huge place but for the two of us it worked and we enjoyed our stay. Owner is nearby and quick to respond if you have any questions.
