Spacious and airy 3 Bedroom (1 Queen bed in the master suite, 1 full in the 2nd bedroom, and 1 full bed in the 3rd bedroom), 1.5 bath rental available for a short term rental. Spacious and clean eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and large stove/oven (all NEW stainless steel). Outdoor patio where you can just sunbathe and enjoy a cup of coffee or relax in the sunny and bright living room. Every room has a separate air conditioner (through the wall) and ceiling fan for your comfort. All rooms have hardwood/tile floors and is freshly painted. This is the 2nd Floor of a legal 2-family home and has a separate entrance (side). 4 beach passes are included (must be returned at the end of your stay)
It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, or delicious dining. And only blocks away (8 minute walk) from the Long Beach LIRR station -- a 50 minute train ride from Penn Station. The house is located on a quiet block with plenty of street parking. Only a 5 minute drive/cab ride to the neighborhood nightlife! Clean, updated, and well-cared for home.

I have stayed at several HomeAway rentals and this one was very dirty and rundown. I was very disappointed in the rental. We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t wait to get out of there. Kitchen cabinets and appliances were extremely dirty. Beds were just a sheet and blanket, no bed spreads, one room didn’t have window covers. Anyone could see in. Bedroom carpets hadn’t been swept in like forever. Don’t waste your money, wouldn’t recommend. :(
Sharon, I am sorry that you had a bad experience and would have rectified the situation if you expressed it when you arrived. I have a cleaning service on call that would have come when it was convenient for you and plenty bedding (it was a very hot weekend and most guests don't need more than a sheet and blanket in the summer. I will address your concerns with the cleaning company and apologize for your experience.
