It is a brand new villa, built in 2012 with top quality materials and techniques. The whole house is isolated and has A/C in the 5 rooms and living room. A Japanese garden provides freshness and light in the interior. Facing South and overlooking the sea, private pool and garden. The house is built in classical Menorcan style with 'Mares' stone, tiles and wood beams. It has a 25sqr mt veranda with sea and pool views. A big chill out/solarium in the terrace has panoramic sea views. It has a generous and comfortable in built BBQ. The house is full equipped and decorated with good taste. High speed wifi (14 mb) available. Brand new Homecinema with bluetooth and internet access (Netflix, Youtube). Equiped with snorkeling equipment many sizes. The house has a ramp for disabled people; the beach has a wheelchair-accessible access as well.The Binibeca white sand and shallow beach is within about 6 minutes walking distance. You can rent kayaks or sunbeds or have a drink in the lovely bar. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to Torret village with supermarket,fresh bakery and several restaurants and 15 minutes to famous Binibeca village with supermarket and several bars and restaurants. The house has barely no road, bars, people noise.

Simply fantastic

The villa exceeded our expectations. Private, secure and spacious, it had everything you could want. We loved the pool and garden and the terrace was a highlight. Good location for mini mart, restaurants and beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great base for family and friends

Very equipped villa. Loved sitting on the shady terrace for drinks and meals throughout the day and night. Great air conditioning. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms (only one bath). Nice, quiet neighbourhood. Didn't realise there would be so many baby things to use (we packed a lot and it was unnecessary!) So good to have a potty, nursing armchair and a sleepyhead day bed. Beach busy and a bit dirty since the storm but nice to visit. Tourist mini train was fun for a trip. Binibeca close by but very small. A very chilled week with everything we needed. Thanks!

Fabulous villa

Really lovely villa with great pool and fantastic rough terrace. Area brilliant with beach super close and nice bakery and restaurants nearby. Owners were very helpful and prompt with any queries

Family holiday

Our holiday was spectacular. The property was as described but even better. The location was the best with literally a less than ten minute walk to a fabulous beach/bay (steps were hard work for my nearly 80 yr old mother and 2 year old nephew with buggy down to the beach,). If you needed to go around the steps then it was a longer walk. The local restaurants and supermarket were also just a few minutes walk and provided everything you would need including snorkels that came in soo handy. The house has everything needed and felt like a home from home but better. I would come back in an instant. Air conditioning fabulous. Washing machine a real bonus, ample fridge/freezer space. Pool was simply a life saver and soo much fun, fantastic. Mosquitos a real problem!! Buy some repellent, we were ravaged and they were nasty! Can’t wait to return

Plenty of room (rooms, living room, kitchen, veranda), comfortable, nice decoration, well equipped, no need of car, incredible quietness (for relaxing-sleeping) despite being walking distance of white sand not shallow beach and supermarkets/restaurants

Nice and quiet location, walking distance to beautiful white sand and exclusive beach of Binibeca. Nice private pool 8,5x4,5meters, wonderful veranda and terrasse...5 rooms and 4 baths in brand new top quality construction. Can hold comfortably big Groups big table outside and inside sitting 10 people comfortably. Big BBQ.
