Quiet complex with swimming pool & mature landscaped gardens. Short seaside walk to Estepona's tapas bars/restaurants. Many activities & golf courses nearby. Malaga Airport only an hour's drive, Gibraltar 30 minutes. With so many excellent facilities within walking distance, this apartment is perfect for a beach holiday, for family or friends. The beach is quiet and not very crowdy with lot of space.
The well-appointed beach side apartment consists of a light, sunny lounge dining area with uninterrupted sea views of the Mediterranean. TV, CD/DVD player, WiFi (internet). The south-facing terrace (which was completely renewed spring 2012) is perfect for sun bathing and alfresco dining over-looking the sea. There are two double bedrooms. The very spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven, microwave. Washing machine.
This apartment really is right beside the beach and the views are stunning! You'll love listening to the sea lapping the shoreline while relaxing on the terrace or lulling you to sleep at night.
On the outskirts of the west side of Estepona, this is an ideal location for visiting the area, for example duty-free Gibraltar is only 30-minutes drive away, the beautiful gorge at Ronda, or the historic cities of Granada, Seville or Cadiz, the world-famous Tarifa for surfing and kite-surfing, the stunning ruins of the Roman city, Baleo Claudia, on the coast at Bolonia. It's even possible to do a one-day trip to Morocco. Then there are the mountain pueblos (white-painted villages) nestled in the hills nearby, like Casares, Ojén and Istán, all lovely to see and wander around and often with stunning scenery on the way.
A short walk (or a 5-minute drive) from the apartment is Estepona Marina where you'll find lots of bars and restaurants, plus many fun activities. The town of Estepona itself is a little further on. It is still a very Spanish town and, unlike many towns on the Costa del Sol, has not been spoilt by tourism and is very family-orientated. There are picturesque squares where you can sit and chill-out over a coffee while watching the world go by or wander around the narrow lanes of the old part of town soaking up the atmosphere.
A short distance away is the excellent Selwo Safari Park, a very popular family-friendly attraction. Then there's Marbella and the very exclusive Puerto Banus with its designer shops, expensive restaurants and fabulous yachts. And talking of yachts, there are sailing clubs in Estepona Marina and another in Sotogrande, which is a short drive away towards Gibraltar.
There is a gas BBQ on the terrace and plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you want to eat out. The Estepona Palace Hotel next to the complex has two restaurants and three bars. In the next bay are two very popular chiringuitos (beach bar/restaurant) where you can also hire sunbeds on the beach.
There are two supermarkets close to Estepona Marina or Carrefour hypermarket at the far end of Estepona and for emergency supplies, there's a garage only a 5-minute walk away selling fresh bread and baguettes, cheese, milk, crisps, etc, but a free Welcome Pack will await your arrival to get your holiday off to a good start.

We fell in love with the apartment immediately on opening the front door! The view to The Meditarrien Sea, Gibraltar and Africa are great. We bought the Apartment April 1st 2013. For us, it had to be a top floor apartment for privacy and the sun terrace is not overlooked. In Estepona we have 320 days with sun every year in average.
What makes this Apartment unique
Being on the outskirts of Estepona, the complex is very quiet most of the year. Although the tourist is very well catered for, the town is still very Spanish and we love the family-orientated way of life. The city is almost "covered" with flowers. Just 15-20 min walk to the harbour with a lot of bars and restaurantes. The fishing boats coming in every morning. The 'private' beach just 30 meters from the apartment. Estepona Palace Hotel as a nighbour with restaurants, bar, SPA and entertainment almost every evening, also incuding flamenco dancing.

Beautiful and spacious flat with stunning views
We loved staying in this flat with wonderful sea views. It was very spacious and immaculately clean. Provisions were left for us which were gratefully received. The communal garden and pool are fabulous and the beach that is right by the apartment was our favourite local beach. Estepona is a really lively place in the evenings and the old town is beautiful. We were able to walk into the centre in the evenings and take a taxi back. We would highly recommend this apartment, both for its location and facilities.
Lovely apartment in a perfect location
My husband and I stayed for one week in this apartment at the beginning of July 2017. The apartment was great, very well equipped and comfortable. Full TV channels and Wi-fi which worked very well. The outdoor balcony area was superb with shaded areas for relaxing and sunny areas for sunbathing. Stunning beach views. The grounds/gardens around the apartment and pool were very well kept with beautiful flower beds and lawn areas which were tended to on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return.
Paradise on the beach
This was our first venture in this type of property in Spain. We were very pleased with the quality and location of this penthouse apartment with a stunning terrace together with a view to remember.The apartment was very well equipped with quality furniture and all the other equipment you require to enjoy your vacation. The whole complex is well maintained, clean and quiet during our visit at the end of May. Natalie who looks after the property for the owner was on hand to help you get acclimatised and offer any advice you require.
I would strongly recommend this apartment for those who enjoy a fanastic view surrounded by comfortable amenities in a very good area of Estepona. Should you not wish to drive into the town then there is a bus stop just outside with a service running every 40 minutes to take you into town where you can enjoy all it has to offer without worrying about driving.
We hope to return in the future-which is rare for us but demonstrates our thoughts on how we enjoyed our vacation here.
Best European apartment we have stayed in
This was the best apartment we have stayed in anywhere in Europe! Beautifully furnished. Spacious. Well equipped. And a great location, so close to the beach. The wonderful pool area and beautifully kept gardens. We enjoyed late nights outside on the balcony, with a choice of places to sit. So comfortable. We can`t praise the place enough. The local area and surroundings – Estepona, Ronda, Gibraltar –all lovely and well-worth visiting.

The location, the gardens and the views are fantastic. Have stayed in Estepona many times and always find something or somewhere new on each visit. The owners are quick to respond to corespondence and provide lots of information. The apartment is accurately described and is looked after locally by Natalie who is really helpful. Cannot wait to visit again next year.

This fabulous (low-rise) penthouse apartment, RIGHT BESIDE THE BEACH and in mature, landscaped tropical gardens, is ideally situated in a quiet complex on the outskirts of Estepona and within walking distance of the bustling port of Estepona with its many restaurants and tapas bars. On the way in the next bay, Playa del Cristo, are two very popular chiringuitos (beach bars/restaurants) and there are over a dozen golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Selwo Safari Park nearby is a great attraction for families.
