This place was awesome for our family. Had the waterpark and pool area right on site. The beach was a short 2 block walk. Mona was our contact and she made the checkin process simple and easy to understand. Was always available to help, thanks Mona from Beach Time Rentals!
Peaceful clean and family friendly.
Enjoyed the waterpark. Clean peaceful atmosphere.
They thought of EVERYTHING!
We were so impressed with the UPSCALE touches at every turn with this condo, the neighborhood and the property! Starting with a warm, genuine greeting from the property management, to the impeccable furnishings of the condo with the private balcony & gorgeous views, to the friendly people & safe neighborhood, to the effortless walk over to the beach, and deeelicious restaurants a short walk from our front door...we enjoyed every aspect of the stay at this vacation home! The owners obviously take great pride in wanting to provide a peaceful getaway with fun perks of a FREE water park experience in the same building! We definitely want to return!
Slice of Paradise! - Thank you Beach Time Rentals!
What an INCREDIBLE experience! My family and I decided to break away and enjoy a weekend in beautiful Florida! I found Beach Time Rentals online and between their professionalism in booking my reservation to my stay in this unit, not only was I impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful surrounding but this condo is in an ideal location and has EVERYTHING you could want for a stay at a waterpark on the beach. From the spacious, completely updated kitchen to the beachy decor , comfy beds and phenomenal view, this unit has it all. It is welcoming and warm - Perfect for a vacation!
Friendly staff and all the amenities one could want! :)
I never wanted to leave!
I highly recommend this unit and the company, Beach Time Rentals, as a whole, to anyone looking to stay anywhere along the west coast beaches in Florida.
very stressful experience
for me (a mother and the organizer) it was a stressful experience.
the contact person was very sweet but there were things beyond her control.
1. according to the instructions left in the condo, we couldn't turn the AC past 78. uh...9 people in a condo in the summer with the ac needing to be set at 78?!? really doesn't make it comfortable
2. missing keys to get to the terrace and trash shoot. -
3. power somehow went out in the 2nd bathroom - called the contact person and was advise not no one would come out to fix it until a day later.
4. we had to wash towels/ and strip linens even though there was a cleaning fee?
5. later we were advise we could turn the AC down just do it slowly (which we did) but then the AC stopped working in one of the bedrooms altogether. - sleeping in a hot room was very uncomfortable
6. not enough linens/ for the 9 guess that was staying there - had nice extra long king pillows but now pillow cases
7. we had to make sure no sand got into the condo... uh the condo is by the beach, how can guest possible make sure no sand gets into the condo when that' the reason we are visiting the area
We want to start off by thanking you for taking the time to send us this feedback, any and all feedback always helps us improve to make the guest experience better. We are sorry to hear your experience in our vacation rental was stressful.
I would like to address the list you sent as it is inaccurate of whats actually in the condo. There are signs regarding the ac and they clearly state: The ac can be turned down to 75 degrees, we ask our guests not to turn it below 72 and we ask that you turn it down 2 degrees every hour until you reach your desired temperature.
After you spoke with Mona she directed you to where the keys where, they were inside the condo.
In rainy season sometimes the power does go out and the breakers flip, it is my understanding that the only problem with the bathroom was the breaker switch. Upon check out you are not required to do anything other than to lock the doors, our signs state that if you want to help, you can by washing the linens. It does not say you must do it.
All of the linens and towels are complete for 10 guests, they are located in the closets.
Regarding the sand, of course we are by the beach and its out of everyones control how much sand comes into the condo, we provide beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels so we expect that sand is going to come into our properties, I am not sure exactly what you are referring to.
We have rules and signs in our properties as all property management companies do, they are there to guide you and help you ensure a smooth vacation.
Amazing Condo - Great Water Park - close to beach
We loved staying at the water park condo. It was my wife, myself, and our 2 year old daughter. The condo is updated, bright, actually larger than you would think. The view from the balcony is amazing. Every morning I sat out there and did some work on my laptop (wife is included). We'd eat all our meals out there as well.
The bedrooms were large. The master has a king bed and a twin Trundle under it. So, in theory, my whole family could sleep in that room. The other room has 2 queen beds, and 1 trundle under the bed, and its own separate master bathroom. So, if we needed to , we could sleep 5 in there comfortably. The family room has a sleeper sofa as well.
Everything is high end. I slept better on the king mattress than I do at home!!!!
We spent most of our time hanging out there. The 4 free water park passes - normally $25 - was a great perk. The water park even has so covered sitting areas you could rent out.
For lunch, there is a 'rum shack' or something like that, that is part of condo. They walk around and take people's drink (adult and child type drinks) and food orders and bring it right to you. There is also a window where you can order food (pizza, hot dogs, burgers, pop, etc) that is part of the water park.
The time we didn't go to the water park, we walked to the beach. There is a great, large wheeled, wagon in the condo that we put our 'gear' ... and our daughter, in for the walk to the beach. It is a under 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a shower at the beach boardwalk, so we could wash our feet off.
In the evening, we went our for dinner. There are 4 or 5 restaurants within walking distance. Pizza, mexican, seafood, and a burger/steak place. All within walking distance. IF you wanted to drive, there dozens and dozens of places.
I would, and plan on, coming here every year. When my daughter is old enough for Disney World, Orlando is under 2 hours away!
