About Terri Kohler
I grew up in a small beach community on the East coast. When I first visited St. George Island, it felt like home. I love the feel of this sleepy little beach town. It is the perfect place to unwind.
Terri Kohler purchased this House in 2017
Why Terri Kohler chose East End
The Sandbox is the coziest beach cottage you can imagine. It's bright and sunny and just steps from the beach. This little house has everything you need, plus a fenced in yard for your dog.

Enjoyed our stay!!
Enjoyed our stay--close to the beach and easy for pets!! many thanks!!
The sand box
We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect little spot. Beds were comfortable and I’ve had back surgery. It is a little walk to the beach but not bad. Place was clean and the owner was very nice.
Another wonderful stay!!!
This is our second time staying at this property and will stay again. Very clean with room for pets. House is well furnished. Getting to the beach is very easy. There is a sand pathway next to the property, or you can walk down the paved bike path in front of the house to 9th or 10th Streets and access the beach at those streets. 10th Street beach access has a wooden boardwalk 9th Street does not.
Convenient, quiet and close to the state Park. House was comfortable and nice to be able to bring the pooch.
The house was neat and clean and a short walk to the beach. We plan to stay again! :)
Thank you! It was my pleasure to have you as my guest. I look forward to your return visit.
My wife and I and another couple stayed here for a week. The house has everything you need and the beds are super comfy. The walk to beach is short but I recommend renting a beach cart to haul your stuff. Had to carry a 100lb cooler everyday. The house was very clean and would recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation spot for 4 people.
Thank you Alex! I hope you stay at the Sandbox again!
