This charming chalet sleeps 4 people very comfortably with 2 queen beds and one single mattress (the living room leather sofa is not an option for sleeping). Owners are firm about renting to a max of 4 people. Please do not send a request if your group has the potential of more than 4 people or you need 4 beds.

Advantages include a quiet sunny wooded lot, hot tub, wood fireplace, ample parking, full kitchen, laundry, and satellite TV. A great place for mountain getaways. Couples, families (with children older than 3), and low-key people will find it a perfect match.

The chalet is light and bright with high ceilings and many windows. Living room has wood fireplace and sliding doors to the deck and hot tub. Fabulous stargazing from deck and hot tub. Queen beds in bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Wireless / Ethernet DSL, Satellite TV, DVD, stereo. Washer and dryer. Fully furnished including linens. Quiet residential neighborhood in town. NO SMOKING and NO DRUGS on the property, inside or outside (including marijuana).

If you have a car there is ample parking, and a 3 minute drive gets you to Breckenridge Peaks Eight, Nine, and Ten. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, Arapahoe Basin, and L Passoveland ski areas are within a short drive. Breckenridge is 105 miles from Denver International Airport, and shuttle service is available.

There is a basement apartment used exclusively by the owners. It has a private back entrance.

Perfect Place For Us

The A-frame is a few blocks north and east of downtown and only takes a couple of minutes to get to the grocery store. My wife and I were there to fly-fish and hike, so we had some gear to store while we were there. The huge deck in front gave us plenty of room to rig our rods and sit in the sun. There is a nice sized closet outside by the back door where we could hang our waders and store our boots. The house provides a beautiful view out the front windows, the Aspen trees were turning while we were there. All the items needed for everyday living were available and everything was well marked making it very easy to walk in and begin vacation. We used the hot tub a couple of nights and had several nice fires in the fireplace. The owners could not have been easier to communicate with and made the process of renting very easy. I had the pleasure of bumping into David on our last day there and enjoyed our visit. We look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Small but cozy, clean & convenient

Very convenient location to downtown Breckenridge. Very clean and well kept. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was also well kept. Owners are responsive and helpful. It is small, but worked fine for two couples for a fall vacation. We would go back again.

Perfect

We stayed at Dave and Bonnie's July 30th - Aug 5th. It was a prefect fit for our vacation. 4 adults, we spent everyday hiking, biking or fishing and this was a fantastic place to return to each evening. The hot tub was amazing! The house was full of everything we needed. VERY clean and taken care of. Nothing but good things to say about our experience! Thank you Dave and Bonnie!

Perfect mountain getaway

I decided to book this adorable chalet last minute and Bonnie was more than accommodating. The home was warm and inviting, perfect location - walking distance to town but also quiet and private. Loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

Perfect place for our family of 3 to relax and enjoy our getaway. Close enough to Main Street, yet far enough away where you feel further out. The cabin was well stocked, extremely clean, and the hot tub was sparkling. Dave and Bonnie were easy to work with and very helpful.
