About the property

There are living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and views.

Single-family apartment in Portocolom in the South-East of Mallorca. The maximum capacity of the house is for 5 adults and a baby under 2 years.

With Wifi. There is a hot and cold air conditioning, electric water heater, ceiling fans, parquet, double glazed windows throughout the house, a crib and a baby chair.

Upon entering the apartment there is a spacious living room, with a relaxation area in front of the TV, several sofas, armchairs, ceiling fan and a balcony with a table and two chairs on the same floor.

The dining room has a table and chairs for six people and is located next to the kitchen.

There are two double bedrooms and one single. All with wardrobe, hangers, cobbler and window that faces the outside.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a vanity unit with a mirror, a large shower, a bidet, a toilet, a hair dryer and an exterior window.

Another bedroom with two single beds that can be placed together or separated as appropriate.

And a third bedroom with single bed.

There is another full bathroom with a shower, sink with mirror and toilet.

Shower towels and linens are left for all guests, including the crib.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two independent sinks, kitchen cabinets and all kinds of utensils and crockery for cooking.

There is iron and ironing board.

Above the building, on another different floor is the terrace. There is ample space to relax with great views of the bay, the marina, the lighthouse and the mountains that surround the entire harbor area and the houses.

On the terrace we have a movable awning that covers the central area and the largest table, and we also have sunbeds for sunbathing. Here you will enjoy the surroundings and the beautiful views with total privacy.


Parties or Events are not allowed on this property during your stay.

It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than you have registered at the time of booking.

The apartment is in the area of ​​the church of Portocolom which is the old area known as "Sa Capella" for being a very picturesque and quiet area.

From the apartment you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

In Portocolom there are 4 magnificent beaches, three are 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking, are the beaches of Arenal, Es Babo and El Algar (this is a virgin beach)

The other beach is that of Cala Marçal in the other part of the Port. It is a beautiful beach that I recommend to visit only 8 minutes by car.

I have been coming to Porto Colom since I was a child. I have spend long Summer times. I love it because it is very quiet with nice views from the bay, the port, the light house and the wonderfull beaches.

In an area with easy parking on all streets nearby. The house is 200 meters from the marina area and the Marina. If you will walk to the bars and restaurants it is very close to the house.

Lovely spacious flat with fabulous roof terrace

Me and my boyfriend spent five nights here and had a lovely time. Our host, Catalina, was really friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. No complaints about the flat - it's large and comfortable with two beautiful bathrooms (great showers), a well equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The terrace at the top is huge with lovely views of the town and bay. Porto Colom is a quiet enough place but for a few days very relaxing. The beaches are charming (we preferred the smaller ones nearer the flat to the bigger, touristy Cala Marcal) and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to try. Would highly recommend a trip to nearby Deia, a stunning town nestled up in the hills.

If you're going to Porto Colom, this flat is ideally located and has everything you need - and more!

Amazing flat in Porto Colom

The apartment is large, bright and very clean. The view from the roof terrace is great. It was everything as described. The contact to Catalina Diez was warm and uncomplicated. She was very accommodating. We would love to come again. Thank you very much

nettes Apartment unweit des Hafens

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus und ist gemütlich eingerichtet.Die Aussicht auf die Bucht mit vielen kleinen Booten kann man von der Dachterrasse aus sehr genießen.

Catalina ist eine sehr freundliche und offene Vermieterin.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Allerdings sollte in der Domizilbeschreibung erwähnt werden,dass es sich um ein Apartment handelt.In der Beschreibung war ein Einfamilienhaus angegeben und das entspricht nicht der Gegebenheit.

Perfect appartment in a great location -and magnificent rooftop terrace

We spent 4 great days in Portocolom, really enjoyed the appartment, and the rooftop terrasse was fantastic. Everything was nice, clean and in perfect order and Catalina a very friendly host. The location of the appartment couldn't be better, easy access to sea at both S'Algar and S'Arenal and to the port -such a nice place!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet, die Bäder modern und gepflegt, die Matratzen sind bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Die Terrasse befindet sich zwar zwei Stockwerke darüber, hat aber einen grandios schönen Ausblick -ideal für die Abende. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung auch noch einen süßen Balkon. W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Portocolom ist touristisch auch nicht in der Hochsaison zu überlaufen. Die Wohnung befindet sich neben einer Pizzeria und einem kleinen Supermarkt - keine Sorge, man bekommt davon überhaupt nichts mit. Die Lage ist prima, zu Fuß ist der Ort ganz schnell zu erreichen. Zu den Stränden sind es keine fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Parken kann man direkt in der Nebenstraße kostenfrei; sind immer Parkplätze frei. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme haben wir keine gefunden, aber einfach HDMI-Kabel mitnehmen, dann läufts übers Notebook. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Que deciros de portocolom y de su gente ,es como si estuvieses en otro mundo ,y que suerte de haber encontrado este apartamento,ha sido todo un 10 ,del apartamento al puerto 5 minutos un paseo precioso ,lleno de terrazas chulisimas ,la parte antigua a un paso del apartamento ,el apartamento de lujo ,,hemos estado fenomenal ,mi sobrino lloraba el día que nos íbamos ,decía que quería quedarse un par de días más.El año que viene repetimos gracias a los propietarios por el buen trato que mis han dado feliz verano

Family house in the town of Porto Colom South-East of the island. This is a very quiet, with beautiful beaches tourist and fishing village. The house is located in the old part of the port, known as 'Sa Capella'. The port has a large bay with a magnificent marina, mooring, barracks, typical 'llauds' or boats wooden shutters and all kinds of boats. There are two lighthouses on both sides of the bay and 3 magnificent beaches.

Among the people of the area, is chosen as an ideal place to spend your family vacation or couple for their beautiful and picturesque scenery and tranquility.

In the same house there is a sidewalk restaurant and a grocery store where they have almost everything.

In the port and around the bay you will find restaurants, bars with terraces, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacconist with snuff, local and foreign press, bakeries.

You can go diving, tennis, pade, squash or golf. Businesses specialized in renting boats and sport boats with or without skipper recreational and hire bicycles, motorcycles and cars.

You will also find a small playground by the sea and only five minutes from our house.

Porto Colom there are 4 beautiful beaches, El Arenal, Es Babo, Cala Marcal and S'Algar, and the beaches of Cala Sa Nau, Cala Mitjana, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Santanyi etc ..... a few kilometers from distance.

4 km from the port, is the golf course Vall d 'Or, a restaurant and from which has magnificent views of the bay and nearby towns.

10 km from Portocolom is the sanctuary of San Salvador, located on top of a mountain with a beautiful gazebo, a small church and two restaurants. It is a beautiful excursion to make walking. It takes 45 minutes to walk up.

The nearest towns are, the people of Felanitx inside and Cala d'Or S'Horta by the sea and 5 km.

Las Cuevas del Drach and Cuevas del Ams in Portocristo 20 km, are also places worth visiting but being unique caves in the world.
