New home. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. 2 family room areas.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Convenient location. Easy 5 minute walk to town for shops and restaurants. Parking in the back. Owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive/helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing luxury, all looked brand new and spotless.

Fantastic location within minimal few block walk to main parts of town.

Many thoughtful preparations with milk, coffee, fruit ,muffins...etc and all basics.

Easily fit our family of 7 adults.

Far beyond expectations. Could not recommend it more highly. 7 stars out of 5.

Amazing Stay and Beautiful Property!

Simply the best place we've ever gotten through VRBO. The owner was happy to communicate, check-in and check-out was incredibly easy. The location is wonderful--great base to tour the Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Killarney National Parks. Easy walk to the main drag of Killarney and tons of restaurants and pubs. Grocery stores are nearby. But the best was the interior of the house is BEAUTIFUL. Clearly recently redone and immaculately kept and maintained. Very easy and spacious parking. The owner left a bowl of fruit, some bread, milk and cookies to help get us started which was such a nice touch. All the rooms have their own separate bath and my son loved discovering the playstation! If you need some space in Killarney I simply can't recommend this property highly enough.

Luxury Living While Vacationing in Killarney

This exquisite house has a gorgeous living room, den, and chef's kitchen on the first floor with beautiful wood and marble floors throughout. Upstairs you will find four beautiful bedrooms with on-suite baths. The town of Killarney is very walkable from this house which also has parking for two cars behind the townhouse. We plan on returning in the future because this home is exceptional. The only drawback would be noise from the road and late night revelers when the windows are open on hot days/nights.

Luxurious is an understatement!

An absolutely, perfectly appointed vacation property. We have stayed at many propeties around the world over the last eight years and this is by far the best property. We traveled with children and two sets of grandparents and everyone had space to relax at the end of busy days touring. Located in the heart of Killarney, shopping, pubs, attractions were within walking distance and major attractions were just a short drive away.

Absolutely beautiful!

This is a very spacious property with four bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

The house is beautifully appointed with two large first floor sitting rooms and a very well equipped and spacious eat-in kitchen area.

The owner takes meticulous care of this property and it shows everywhere. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to all the pubs, restaurants and shops.

With its world famous golf courses including Killeen and O'Mahoney's Point, Killarney truly is a Golfer's paradise. Other famous Kerry courses such as Ballybunion, Ring of Kerry, Kenmare, Dooks and Tralee are all within a short drive of Killarney.

Leisure Centres

Killarney is home to a huge number of Leisure Centres many of which offer daily and weekly membership to families. The leisure Centre with the biggest pool in Killarney, 25 metres is only 5 minute drive away .


Killarney provides both the rambler and serious walker with the ultimate in diversity. The choices of walks is endless, from the Kerry Way which is the country's longest way-marked trail, to the highest peaks in Ireland - The Macgillycuddy Reeks.


The Killarney Lakes are three in number, Lake Leane, Middle Lake and Upper Lake, all of which are all excellent for salmon and brown trout. Boats and gillies can be arranged.

Pony Trekking

Pony trekking is a very popular activity in Killarney. Two of the most popular. Routes are through the National Park and the Gap of Dunloe Trek.

Jaunting Cars

Killarney is famous for its horse-drawn Jaunting Cars which offer the visitor a novel means of touring the sights.

Killarney National Park is a five minute drive from Fair Hill House. It consists of 25,000 acres of lakes, rivers,mountains, wildlife, and walks .

Killarney Town provides an incredible range of beautiful shops, leisure activities, a multiplex cinema and entertainment that will help you relax and unwind throughout the day and night and a huge selection of restaurants to tempt your buds.

A trip to Killarney would not be complete without experiencing the Ring of Kerry scenic drive around the Iveragh Peninsula or a trip around Dingle.
