Why Emilio Pérez Martínezl chose Benidorm Area

This area has one of the best microclimates in Spain, hence, in Europe. Benidorm is a very lively city, with a great night life, but you can also relax far from the maddding crowd. You can practice all kinds of nautical sports, as well as gof, walking, etc. It´s close to several recreational parks like Mundo Natura, Terra Mítica...It´s also a very comercial área, with malls, all kinds of shops, little markets.

What makes this apartment unique

We fell in love with the wonderful views that you get from all rooms, living room and terrace. We also appreciated the swimming pool, solárium, tennis court, gardens. It´s a privilege to just walk across the road to the beach, and now we have the new, beautiful corniche to walk so pleasantly to the city centre.
