This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer then 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

The price given is all inclusive of all utility charges, taxes, there are no extras.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

One beautiful double bedroom (double size bed) for peaceful nights with integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet, complete silence, integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay, and the flat met our expectations. Nice and spacious rooms, that accommodated us fine: we slept 4 adults (2 couples) and a teenager, for 3 nights, and it worked out fine! Close to restaurants and shopping places, walking distance from the tube station, the location was extremely convenient for us. When we left, I forgot a bunch of documents, and Marco’s team was very kind to deliver to me down the street when we were waiting for a bus.

We really enjoyed our stay, and will be happy to recommend this apartment.

I recently travelled to London with my best friends for our summer holiday and this flat was the best choice for us. It's close to the subway and you can be in the center in 5 minutes. Budget wise, it was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is very busy and we enjoyed the lively streets around it. It’s totally safe although and we appreciated it much. To my surprise, it’s managed by a very responsive team of professionals who greeted us at the flat on the first day and offered all the instructions to help us around the flat and in London. Wish we could return soon. V

Great apartment!

The apartment was great! It’s located just moments away from Camden Town. Marco and his team were friendly and showed great professionalism during our pre-booking period. They were also vert helpful with the directions and suggested the fastest and most economical way to get to the flat depending of the number of travelers; as we were 4 we decided to book a taxi they recommended which saved us some money compared to the train. The apartment has everything we needed. If ever you wanted to have drinks, there are a few bars nearby. It was unexpectedly hot when we staid and we were offered a extra fan right away, which was very attentive of them – we appreciated it.

Great stay!

The apartment has a lovely decor and a pretty nice location in London. Many shops, cafes, bars and excellent restaurants only steps away; don’t miss the Italian one! The tube station is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The neighborhood is clean and it’s totally British style. There was a minor maintaining issue (burned light lamp) but the owner is helpful and conscientious and in few hours sent a handy man to replace the faulty bulb. We would definitely return to this apartment on our next visit to London!

Great Apartment

We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone. Grocery store was walking distance and so was subway. Only suggestion would be to add another floor fan for those rare hot days.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment was clean, it has a well equipped kitchen, they provided us with a baby bed and high chair which was great and the metro station and the shops are all within a few minutes walking distance. Marco and his staff are friendly and welcoming so I'd definitely recommend this place.
