The perfect combination of the comfort of a home on the doorstep of the quiet and atmospheric Regent's canal and 6 min walk from the vibrant Camden Town High Street. This entire 1-bedroom (with high quality mattress), 1 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area, and kitchen is newly renovated with unique furnishings and decor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer then 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our high quality coffee machine. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

Two beautiful double bedrooms (double size bed) facing a peaceful garden, no noise guaranteed, complete silence, integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

Transport and Attractions:

• Very close to Camden Town tube station (5 mins walk)

• Camden Road Station (1 mins walk).

• King's Cross/St. Pancras International and Euston are only a short walk away.

Beautiful, bright comfortable flat.

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat! The sofa bed in the living room was super comfortable, the flat clean and bright...and adorable. We were met there by the staff and they provided all we needed during our stay. It was very close to the tube and right in the heart of Camdon, where we enjoyed Camdon Market, great resturants and a lovely walkway along the canal to Regents Park and The London Zoo.

We would recommend this great place to stay and will return again and again!

Ideally located London apartment

We spent eight days in this apartment and it was ideal for our concentrated London visit. Transit (Underground, Overground and Buses) are extremely close and allow one to visit all parts of London conveniently and speedily. The apartment provides enough facilities to cook if required (however we ate out all the time - apart from breakfast). Camden Town has many restaurants and pubs that provide the full spectrum of food and entertainment. There is a "local" pub (Colonel Fawcett) within 50 metres and another at Camden Road. We particularly enjoyed the Michelin rated Market Restaurant along Parkway Street (easy walking distance). Sainsbury is a full service supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

The apartment was clean, well equipped with linen and kitchen equipment, wifi, TV etc.

Marco and his team were cooperative and attentive. We particularly appreciated the reference to the Minicab service which was of great assistance.

If you are searching for independent living in the Camden area we thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic time in London

A true home away from home! Marco's team met us in person even though we ran late, and everything was crisp clean and immaculate - what a wonderful experience and feeling to walk into after traveling! I also fell in love with the neighborhood. Charming, hip and totally great for kids!

Great flat in a fabulous London neighborhood

This small, but well equipped flat is the perfect retreat for a holiday in London. Our family of four; two adults, two teenagers comfortably stayed here for five nights. The flat is clean with modern furnishings. It has everything you will need to make you feel at home including a washing machine/dryer. We absolutely loved the Camden neighborhood and found ourselves exploring the fun shops, pubs and outdoor market with some of the best food the city of London has to offer! Tube stop is close by with less than 10 minute ride into central London. Marcus and his team are easy to work with. Check in was easy and on time. They stay in contact so if you have questions during your stay they are quick to help out. I will recommend this place to family and friends as well as stay here again on my next trip to London.

Central located to shops, eateries and the Tube

Enjoyed our stay in this Camden Town Flat, centrally located to many shops, pubs and resturants. Honest Burger was our favorite located in the Camden Market. Quiet street in a lively neighborhood.We found the flat very clear and stock with few amenities, the supermarket is also within walking distance. My only disappointment was the bedroom was very cold at night.

Each of our room is equipped with a large high- quality heater;the guest before might have turned off the heater? This could be the case as none of our guest has never had such an issue over the past 3-4 years.
