modern, comfortable, neatly appointed, ok location

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) arrived early Saturday morning at Heathrow and arranged for early check in for 25 pounds. Service much appreciated as we were tired and sleepy from our flight and time change. After going over the details of the flat getting the keys, we found that the shower head and was broken. After a quick call, there was a plumber at our door within an hour and fixed before we came back from our meal. Great, attentive service! Camden town has alot to offer with respect to food and shops and the tube is so close and also within walking distance to many of London's attractions. Sainsbury supermarket and coffee withi 5 minute walk.

The flat itself had everything we needed for a week's stay in London. Bed was comfortable, pull out sofa was great and cable TV was great for down town with Netflix enabled channel. WiFi worked wonderfully.

Used the laundry washer once and it was nice to be able to do laundry mid-week.

The above-gound rail line next to the flat was not an issue for us as it was barely noticeable.

I must say that the Italian restaurant- Rullo's Pizzeria was a great find just around the block next to the above-ground rail station as it was great food, friendly service and a unique environment for a great meal.

Very nice, clean Flat

My daughter and I stayed in this flat from Feb 1 to Feb 4. We arrived at Heathrow around 7:00 am and could not check in until around 10 am for an early check-in fee of 25 pounds. I believe that normal check-in is 3 pm. It is about 45 minutes from Heathrow to the Camden Town underground stop. Very easy and cheap ride compared to a pre-arranged taxi. The flat is a 5-8 minute walk from the tube stop. If you are checking in early, call one of the numbers your are given to make sure a housekeeper is there. Pay attention to their orientation information, especially as it pertains to the use of the boiler that regulates the heat in the flat and the hot water. The boiler can be a little sensitive, as it's easy to under/over heat the flat.

The photos in the advertisement are accurate. The flat is clean and well kept. It has a fully equipped kitchen, which we used only to make coffee. I slept on the sectional sofa and my daughter stayed in the bedroom. Make sure they show you how the sofa makes into a bed. I did not and I could not get it to convert as shown in the photos. Because of this, it took some maneuvering to sleep around the bar and gaps. Cable TV is supplied and the WiFi works well. The flat is located in a semi-commercial area and can look questionable at first. We never felt unsafe and it was very quiet.

Getting around is easy, as the Camden Town underground is an easy 5-8 minute walk away. Small restaurants are all over. We especially liked the Camden Eye Tavern which is across from the underground. Good food, service and Guiness. Sainsbury's grocery store is on the route between the underground and the flat. Has everything you would need. Costa Coffee also on the route so you can get coffee in the morning on your way to the tube. Our 3-day sightseeing stay was excellent, as the tube takes you close to anywhere you want to go.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to a friend. Much nicer than a hotel.

conveniently located flat in Camden town

We stayed in this flat from 12/25/16 through 1/3/17. Arriving on Christmas day required a pre-booked cab from Heathrow to the flat which was pricey but our only option- public transport is closed on Christmas. There is an early check in fee of 25 pounds prior to 2 (it might be 3) pm and there was an additional 25 pound fee for the holiday. I was unaware of the holiday fee but didn't mind since it was Christmas Day. Would like to have known prior to check in - glad I had enough pounds with me.

The flat has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small but adequate bathroom and a living room that has a sectional that converts to a bed. Cable TV is supplied as well as wifi which worked well. When you first arrive at the flat the outside looks a bit sketchy but never felt unsafe and the inside of the flat is lovely. The overground train is very close to the flat and although we could sometimes hear it - it was like white noise and not at all bothersome to us (my husband, 2 daughters and me). The bedroom heat is not the best and the room felt cold but we just used it for sleeping and we stayed warm at night. The rest of the flat was comfortable and they will show you how to adust the room heat and the water heater and we did not have any trouble with adequate hot water. Marco was very responsive!

The washing machine door latch was broken and they had to order a replacement part which would not arrive until after we left because of the holidays so can't give a report on how it functioned.

Getting to this flat is very easy. The tube goes to the different terminals at Heathrow and the trip to the Camden town station via the tube will be in the range of 4-5 pounds. The flat is a very easy walk from the tube station. This flat is conveniently located and easy to get anywhere.

A number of good restaurants close by, 2 italian restaurants right around the corner and we thought both were great. Check out restaurants close to the camden tube station. Costa Coffee also around the corner from flat - very good. Be sure to take the short walk along Regent's canal to Camden Market!

The supermarket is a short walk away and shops referred to as "off-license" convenience stores which have extended hours and the essentials:milk, eggs, butter, toilet paper, wine, beer,etc - small spaces that are pretty packed.

Look up Santandar bike docking stations - you can ride in the city and we really enjoyed riding along the canal.

So much nicer than a hotel. Enjoy!

Beautiful, bright comfortable flat.

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat! The sofa bed in the living room was super comfortable, the flat clean and bright...and adorable. We were met there by the staff and they provided all we needed during our stay. It was very close to the tube and right in the heart of Camdon, where we enjoyed Camdon Market, great resturants and a lovely walkway along the canal to Regents Park and The London Zoo.

We would recommend this great place to stay and will return again and again!

Ideally located London apartment

We spent eight days in this apartment and it was ideal for our concentrated London visit. Transit (Underground, Overground and Buses) are extremely close and allow one to visit all parts of London conveniently and speedily. The apartment provides enough facilities to cook if required (however we ate out all the time - apart from breakfast). Camden Town has many restaurants and pubs that provide the full spectrum of food and entertainment. There is a "local" pub (Colonel Fawcett) within 50 metres and another at Camden Road. We particularly enjoyed the Michelin rated Market Restaurant along Parkway Street (easy walking distance). Sainsbury is a full service supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

The apartment was clean, well equipped with linen and kitchen equipment, wifi, TV etc.

Marco and his team were cooperative and attentive. We particularly appreciated the reference to the Minicab service which was of great assistance.

If you are searching for independent living in the Camden area we thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic time in London

A true home away from home! Marco's team met us in person even though we ran late, and everything was crisp clean and immaculate - what a wonderful experience and feeling to walk into after traveling! I also fell in love with the neighborhood. Charming, hip and totally great for kids!
