The house, about 250m2, is located in a property of about 1500m2 of Mediterranean garden in the upper valley of Mancor de la Vall, which is in a very quiet area that allows you to enjoy fantastic views.

It is a 2-story house. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, butane stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, large pantry), a laundry room, a dining room, living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom. suite and a second independent bathroom.

On the upper floor there is another double bedroom with bathroom en suite and own terrace, a large reading room with spectacular views, sofa and TV and a games room.

so relaxing!

The views and silence were just magical. Marie was great and very friendly. The property was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It was a good location as most parts of the island were not too far away for a day trip. It was very hot whilst we were there and there is no air conditioning, only fans in each room, so the nights were hot and sticky!!

Wunderschöner Blick- supernette Vermieterin

Das Stadthaus liegt oberhalb des Dorfes "Manor de la Vall". Der pool ist sehr sauber einmalig, wie auch der Blick ins Dorf. Grillplatz befindet sich hinter dem Haus. Wenn man nicht täglich sich um den Müll kümmert, laufen die Ameisen! Für 4 Personen sehr geeignet. Die Doppelzimmer sind gut, die anderen Zimmer eher als Jugendzimmer geeignet, die Matratzen viel zu weich. das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock- Matratze sehr unbequem, was sicherlich Wahrnehmungssache ist. Leider bellten die Hunde aus dem Dorf fast jede Nacht ununterbrochen- schrecklich und auch Tierquälerei der Besitzer. Zudem natürlich die Stimmen der Tauben, Gockel, Esel, Pferd, Ziegen, Schafe und die alten Kirchenglocken! Die Auffahrt zum Haus extrem steil- für ältere Menschen nur bedingt geeignet- auch durch die vielen Treppen und Säulen im Haus. Maria ( die Besitzerin) hat uns nach einer Bitte nach einem Sonnenschutz sofort geholfen. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, ein bisschen ein Chaos in den Schubladen, das aber einen im Urlaub nicht stört. Sogar ein Backofen ist vorhanden. Zum Strand ist es sehr weit, da man in der Inselmitte ist, dafür die Atmosphäre im Dorf wunderbar! Nur 5 Minuten bergab ist eine Bäckerei, sie hat in den Sommermonaten immer ab 8:00 geöffnet- bis 11:00. Vorsicht vor dem Hotel im Dorf!! das Essen, die Preise und der Service eine Katastrophe!! Besser man fährt wo anders hin oder für eine Kleinigkeit hat auch die Bar an der Kirche eine gute Auswahl- ES PUPUT-

Perfect place for an Mallorcan holiday

This is truly an amazing place to stay! I went there with my husband and friends to have as a base for our road bike holiday. We could not have been more satisfied. The villa is perfect and the view is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very modern. We will definitely return on our next holiday!

Mancor de la Vall is a small quiet town of just over 1 000 inhabitants at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is situated in a beautiful valley, ideal starting point for lovers of nature excursions and departure.

A 5km is Inca, one of the major cities of Mallorca known for its shoe industry and skin (Camper, Barrats, etc) and for its traditional market on Thursdays.
