One Bedroom Apartment in a Dream Bay, Pure Oasis

Absolute water frontage with panoramic 180 degree views of the Adriatic sea & and direct access to a private beach...

Magic harmony of stone, the sun and Adriatic sea were born in a love story of stone and wood.

An attractive villa built directly above the sea is a true queen in a beautiful bay on the island of Korcula known as Stracincica.

The villa is surrounded by olive groves and just a 10 minute-drive from Vela Luka, the home town of famous Croat singer Oliver Dragojevic.

Intimacy of individual terraces, infinite view of the sea, a beautiful ambiance and a private beach create an idyllic image of the solitude-seeking tourism.

The house is divided into 4 suites, each with its own entrance and a large, shaded terrace with a stone table. On the ground floor there is a common summer kitchen with a grill and a stone sink, where you can prepare delicious octopus or freshly caught sea bass. There is a parking area above the house. Puppies of all sizes and good manners are warmly welcomed.

Apartment no. 1 on the ground floor (max 5 persons)

...has a living room with a kitchen, optically separated bedroom (a curtain instead of doors, unlike the other apartments), bathroom and a large terrace without a fence (unlike the other apartments). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (with in-built freezer), cooker (3 x gas, 1 electric hob), water heater and all necessary dishes. The living room has air-conditioning, Sat TV, stylish furniture, chairs, a two-seater and a bed for one person (80 x 190). The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) and a pull-out sofa for 2 persons (170 x 200). On the large terrace there is a beautiful stone dining table, and further down the terrace there is another stone table, chairs and a knitted deckchair.

Apartment no. 2 on the first floor (max 6 persons)

… differs from the above apartment in having a fenced balcony (which is practical for small children and pets), a bedroom with a double bed (no additional couch), which is physically separated from the living room with doors (allowing privacy), living room with 2 pull-out sofas, each for for 1 adult or 2 children (140 x 200).

Apartment no. 3 on the second floor (max 4 persons)

…is almost identical to the apartment no. 2. It has a somewhat smaller living room and only one pull-out sofa (140 x 200), which means that it is suitable for a family with two small children.

Apartment no. 4 on the third floor (max 4 persons)

…is on the top floor and has a stunning view from the fenced terrace. The living room has a pull-out sofa (165 x 200), suitable for 2 adults. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a corridor (but has no doors). The rest is the same as in the other apartments with a cooker having only 2 gas stove-plates.

Thank you very much for your kind email & all of your assistance you provided before & during our vacation.

We loved our Korcula vacation and enjoyed every minute of it. Our girls were delighted by the sea and the treasures of the island just like us.

We fell in love with the island and its kind people, the delightful gastronomy and the endless sea and sun. We are going to miss it very much, but we stored so much wonderful memories that it will help to "'survive" until next summer.

Being involved businesslike in tourism I really can appreciate the excellent service you provide.

We found your apartments through Home Away UK and the most important criteria was closeness of the sea, pure nature, the authenticity AND privacy. Pure Oasis fulfilled or surpassed all of them. information Adriatic Pearls provided perfectly matched the reality we faced there. The reservation process was great, personal, tailored, friendly - very much like the entire service Adriatic Pearls provide. Maybe PayPal payment option would be useful.

The views from the apartment are amazing!

Very beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment with a lot of details. The location is quiet and the views from the apartment are amazing!

It would be ideal if apartment was equipped with Wi-Fi and the oven, so I could prepare fresh bread every morning. You should also add more lights at the parking area.

The Adriatic Pearls were very kind and took grate care for us. I especially liked their quick responses on all my questions.

Very scenic location of the apartment

Quiet, un-commercialised and very scenic location of the apartment.

Attractive apartments situated in a lovely bay, quiet with great bathing area. Car hire essential as many other pretty coves to explore as well as Korcula. A range of shops and restaurants are available in Vela Luka, which is easily accessible from Split. Visit soon before it becomes more commercialized!

The apartment on the top floor was not large enough for a family with two teenagers, but unfortunately it was the last available in our period. Kitchen facilities were limited due to space. We also had parking issues on several nights which was not satisfactory. Otherwise, holidays were unforgettable and we were very satisfied with the excellent information and levels of service we got from Adriatic Pearls.

I am happy that you found the idea of exploring the island with car good :) We hope that those precious memories with your family in this panoramic surrounding will last a long, long time… The top floor apartment, in which you stayed, is indeed the smallest one and therefore not with biggest kitchen possible, but luckily a lot of our guests choose to enjoy the local gastronomic experiences of the nearby taverns. Maybe next time you come and take any other apartment in this house, since they all feature much bigger kitchen facilities. As for the parking space, thank you for your constructive critics, we will make more clear to all guests how this functions, sorry for that. We loved the place!

The service we got from Adriatic Pearls was absolutely perfect - from the first contact to the final goodbye. And the apartment and the location were even better than expected, and we came with high expectations after looking at the pictures on the website. We loved the place and everything about it and hope that we will get the possibility to come back soon.

A perfect place to relax on quite location!

The unit has 4 apartments, all with excellent water views. The house is located at the "end" of a gravel road and is extremely quiet and secluded. Nicely furnished and features a barbeque. Right on the water with excellent swimming and sun bathing area, but no real beach, just large rocks to lounge on. We enjoyed this place so much we stayed an extra 3 days and could have stayed much much longer! Highly recommend!
