About Geoffrey and Angileen Williams

We have owned the property - all 40 acres - since 2011, and spent five years trying to decide what to do with it. A family wedding was held there in a gorgeous part of the property in 2015 and in early 2016 we had finally decided on building a cabin overlooking the babbling creek and incredibly picturesque hillside consisting in large part of spruce and aspen. We finished building our cabin in July 2017! We see wildlife all the time - even a moose has been spotted. Angileen grew up in Lava Hot Springs and we are both thrilled with the result.

Why Geoffrey and Angileen Williams chose Lava Hot Springs

A recent guest wrote: "We enjoyed our first Friendsgiving at this magical spot. We were greeted by deer in the meadow and got to watch a coyote and wild turkeys. State of the art kitchen, beautiful amenities and spotless. The grill was brand new! We lucked out with kindest of owners and can’t wait to return."

Perfect getaway!

  • 5 of 5

This was a wonderful cabin for our family of six. I love how it was away from town on a secluded, beautiful lot. It was perfect to unplug and spend quality family time. Beautiful and clean place! Thank you!!

Great place to stay

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful home, very secluded. Grandkids loved it. Saw wild turkeys and deer. Close enough to the hot springs, yet far enough away that your very secluded. Nice big deck, lots of space for the kids to play. Only disappointment I would mention is that watching the TV costs an extra fee.

Our there was plenty of room for our family (6 adults/6 kids). Everything was clean and set up nicely. We had tons of room for outdoor activities such as throwing frisbees, volleyball, badminton, etc. We wish we could have stayed longer!!! Thank you to Geoffrey and Angileen for everything!

This property was amazing. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We came with our family. The location was perfect for the grandkids. They had plenty of space outside to run and explore. There are no close neighbors so It is very peaceful. We are thankful for the hospitality of the owners and will rent again.
