Light, airy 1 bed apartment with beautiful views to the mountains and sea from the spacious south-facing balcony.

Located in a quiet residential area, less than 1 km from the coast, the apartment is set in gardens with a communal swimming pool. Within easy walking distance, you will find three restaurants, three bars and a small local shop. More facilities are available in nearby Torrox Costa or Nerja.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed; there is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge diner. Both the bed and sofa bed are new as of 2016.

Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

The kitchen contains all essential equipment needed for your stay, including a new coffee maker. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

The large balcony, which benefits from sun all day, is equipped with sunbeds/ table and chairs. In addition, there is a new awning for shade when required.

Whilst a car is not totally necessary, it is recommended, and free car parking is available easily on the road below the property.

Please note that there are 68 steps up to the apartment. which unfortunately makes it unsuitable for wheelchairs.

What makes this apartment unique

We chose this apartment in Torrox because it was a quiet setting (unlike the scooters of Nerja) and has a great view. The large private terrace is also a lovely place to chill in the evenings with a glass of wine.

Nice Place

We stayed for 5 weeks.it has wifi that's free . It's clean and tidy.The shower needs updating but that's the only problem.we would definitely go their again.The price was good.The only thing that was an issue not for us is that it would not be suitable for a disabled person as there are 67 steps to climb up to the apartment which certainly keeps you fit.

Really peaceful with beautiful views

One of the best properties we ever rented! Well equipped, clean and almost everything working properly. Really good service from Geoff for the few minor questions we had. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the terrace with both sea and mountain views. Very peaceful location, no disturbing neighbors or loud music.

We had a car, which I would recommend. It is a bit of a walk (don't know if there is local buses) down to the beaches & shops in Torrox Costa.

There is some local restaurants and a couple of small shops nearby. Plenty of free parking on the road.

There is a number of stairs up to the apartment, great if you need a bit of daily exercise, less great if you struggle with stairs. (For us, not a problem at all)

It's a very good starting point for exploring the Axarquia region (the area east of Malaga).

Would recommend a visit up to Frigiliana and Cómpeta, both beautiful small towns with streets resembling a maze. If you like markets, there is one almost everyday in the surrounding towns (Mondays in Torrox Costa). The beautiful Nerja caves is also worth a visit.

Just to mention a few things...

We found the beaches to be very clean and not overly crowded (early September so after the main holidays).

A minor point - when looking at the map of the property location on HomeAway, it points to the city centre of Torrox rather than the property. The property itself is located further south in Torrox Park (not far from Camping El Pino).

Génial! A réserver sans hésiter!

L'appartement est agréable et très bien équipé. De plus, il y aune très grande terrasse avec banne et transats et une magnifique vue sur la mer et la montagne. La résidence est calme et bénéficie d'une piscine dont nous avons pu profiter tous les jours. A 10mn, on est à la plage, à proximité de grands parkings gratuits, il est donc très facile de se garer. Pour finir, Torrox est un très joli village proche de sites incontournables de l’Andalousie (Malaga, Grenade...). Sans oublier des propriétaires disponibles si vous avez la moindre question et prévenants avec leurs locataires (nous avions de l'eau au frais à notre arrivée et un verre de bienvenue. Extra!). Bref, c'est l'appartement idéal pour des vacances idéales!

Wonderful apartment.

Located in a very quiet and beautiful views. Comfortable apartment with a nice pool and grass around. We liked the promenade of Torrox with wide range of restaurants, ice cream parlors and pubs.

muy buena relacion calidad precio

Apartamento cómodo y moderno con todo lo necesario en urbanización agradable y tranquila con jardines y piscina y a 5 minutos escasos de la playa en coche. Nosotros somos una pareja con dos niñas pequeñas y hemos estado muy bien.

Lo de las escaleras es un poco molesto el dia que llegas para subir el equipaje pero si no se tiene ningun impedimento fisico es asumible para cualquier persona, incluidos niños pequeños.

En resumen,nuestra estancia en el apartamento ha sido muy buena y la relación calidad precio dificilmente superable.

Séjour magique,région magnique,idéale pour des vacances en famille,plages o tops,9 jrs + de 29°.

Région splendide entre mers et montagnes.

La résidence est fidèle aux photos et plus encore.Coin très calme avec beaucoup d'espaces verts,idéal pour des vacances reposantes.

L'appartement est très fidèle aux photos. Parfait,assez spatieux,très bien équipé(tt les ustensils de cuisine,serviettes,linges de lit en conséquences,bain de soleil,matelas pour transat,tapis de plage et j'en passe).

Un grand et beau balcon avec une merveilleuse vue sur le ville et la côte.

Propriétaire très attentionné,en arrivant,il y avait de l'eau,du jus d'orange,du lait et une bouteille de vin qui nous attendaient.

Ils étaient présent et très à l'écoute.

Sauf bémol pour l'appartement c'est la tv car il y avait qu'une seule chaine en français...

La ville de Torrox moderne d'un coté et si authentique de l'autre.Pleins de choses à faire et voir, des resto et glaciers délicieux,des supermachés partout, les villes d'à coté comme Nerja avec sa magnifique plage et sa cave.

Région avec "le meilleur climat d'Europe" je confirme aisément.

En clair le rapport qualité/prix est excellent,je recommande vivement et je reviendrai.

Our apartment is on a garden/lawn area up away from the road.

There are 3 restaurants 3 bars and also a small mini-mart within a few minutes walk. Our favourite bar would be Casa Maria which has local musician jam-nights.

The beaches at Penencillo are about a 15min walk or at Torrox Costa which to walk would take about 30mins.

Nerja is accessible by bus or car (10 mins) and Malaga airport is about 40 min drive along the motorway.
