Spacious, modern apartment 100 meters from the beach and harbor

This beautiful spacious apartment refurbished in january 2016 it's in front of the port and its two sandy beaches located on the first floor of a residential building along with other 5 apartments. In 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), large living room, kitchen and a front terrace, which is located on a very quiet street and back terrace, which goes to the courtyard you will find all the comfort for a wonderful summer. The decor of the apartment is modern and there are parquet floors in all the house. In the self-catering kitchen, everything is there. The apartment has a parking space. Very close to the everyday necessities such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. are located, so a rental car is not necessary.

The apartment is centrally located and quiet. 100m from the sea and harbor. Pedestrian area, restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby. You can go shopping and gorgeous is also usually find at this great offer. Every Wednesday in the summer there is also the very popular market. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and more.

Even the beach of Es Trenc is well within walking distance. The 'Es Trenc' is not wrongly called the Caribbean of Mallorca. One can make long walks and find unspoilt beaches. In one direction to Cap de Ses Salines, or the other way about Ses Covetes to Sa Rapita see everything that makes a dream vacation. Direction Sa Rapita find beach bars that have a snack or coffee and ensaimadas.

Amazing place!!!

The place is amazing, clean and it has everything. Very good location, by stores and also 5 min away from an amazing beach. We had really good time after a busy week in Barcelona. I hope we will be back soon.

Great location.

Colonia de Sant Jordi is a small town with a good selection of restaurants , access to clean sandy beaches and clear sea. Ideal for families. No night clubs or busy bars so if you are looking for a lively night life this is not the place. The apartment is a short walk from the beach and harbour down a quiet road. On the 2nd floor the only outside area is a balcony onto the street , it was a nice place to sit in the sun in the evening.

There is a regular bus service to Palma so if you don't hire a car this is an easy and cheap option.

The apartment is clean and spacious , has everything you need for a short stay. Easy to find. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Excellent property in a very convenient location

Nicely furnished and well-maintained flat with aircon, no hassle, fast WiFi and plenty of TV channels (especially if you're German!). Walking distance to very nice beaches in a quiet, easy going resort with plenty of bars, restaurants and water-based activities. All-in-all, just about ideal for a relaxed, family break. Our teenagers were happy to wander off and spend their time at the beach and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Juan, the owner, is very easy to deal with and all our communications have been super fast and efficient.

Urlaub pur

Wir waren zu viert (2 befreundete Pärchen) in der tollen Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war toll. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Einrichtung war neu, modern und sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Zum Supermarkt, Strand und einigen Restaurant muss man nur ein paar Minuten gehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Der Ort Colonia de Sant Jordi hat uns gut gefallen. In dem Bereich, wo die Wohnung liegt sind überwiegend Ferienwohnungen. Dann gibt es aber noch einen Ortsteil in dem sich mehr Hotels befinden. Die Strände haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt einmal den Strand in der Nähe der Wohnung. Hier kann man auch Liegen mieten, aber es gibt auch sehr viele freie Bereiche. Das Naturschutzgebiet im Hintergrund, einige Felsen, vorgelagerte Inseln und dann wieder feinster Sand, bilden eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Dann gibt es noch Es Trenc an der anderen Seite des Ortes. Er ist eher naturbelassen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Wir haben aber direkt am Straßenrand geparkt. Wir sind ein paar mal Essen gegangen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns Ses Arenes. Ein Strandlokal gleich am Anfang, wenn man vom Hotel Maques Richtung Es Trenc geht. Besonders zu empfehlen sind hier die Paellas. Gut war auch Sa Placa in S Alqueria Blanca. Dort sind wir auf dem Weg nach Cala D´Or vorbei gekommen.

Wer einen tollen Blick über die ganze Insel genießen will, der sollte mal in das Kloster Santuari de Cura fahren. Es liegt in der Nähe von Llucmajor. Es gibt dort auch ein Restaurant.

Eine schöne Wanderung haben wir auch von Sollier nach Fornalutx gemacht. Es ist ein sehr schönes Bergdorf, der Weg lohnt sich.

Wir können sowohl den Ort, wie auch die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Übrigens Anfang Mai ist noch nicht alles so überfüllt. Trotzdem hat schon alles geöffnet und wer nicht allzu Kälteempfindlich ist, der kann auch schon baden. Tolle Jahreszeit.

Super!

Perfekt.

Bereits vor der Anreise sehr netter Kontakt (auf Englisch) mit Hinweisen auf Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Bei der Ankunft war der Vermieter vor Ort und hat uns dort erwartet. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Ventilatoren in allen Schlafräumen und eine Klimaanlage im Esszimmer.

Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und zu den Restaurants.

Die Kaution war sehr zügig zurücküberwiesen.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Es gibt alles was man braucht, einen tollen Balkon mit Markise, SAT Fernsehen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage etc.

Die kurze Distanz zum sehr schönen Sandstrand war einfach genial. Auch Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Vielen Dank auch an Xisco für den tollen Kontakt und die reibungslose Abwicklung.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, vielleicht schon im nächsten Jahr.

The resort of Colonia Sant Jordi is located in the south of the island very close to the beautiful natural beach Es Trenc, also known for its white sand and crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Colonia. An interesting harbor area with restaurants, bars and small shops, where you stroll along well and on warm summer nights can take a glass of wine overlooking the beach, the marina and the sea to be Colonia Sant Jordi is appreciated by families with children because of its simplicity and the gently sloping beaches.
