Tolle Lage und gut für Party- und Strandurlaub

Wir waren 8 Jungs und haben einen tollen Party- und Strandurlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon sind einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist sehr gut und voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sauber, aber der Zustand der Wohnung ist etwas heruntergekommen, teilweise kaputte Möbel und quietschende/wackelige Betten. Am meisten missfallen hat uns, dass wir die ganze Woche immer kalt duschen mussten, es gab kaum warmes Wasser beim Duschen.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Übergabe hat alles super geklappt. Auch können wir nur empfehlen den Transferservice gleich beim Vermieter mitzubuchen.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort, allerdings haben die o.g. Punkte (heruntergekommene Wohnung, kaltes Duschen) uns dazu bewogen 2 Sterne abzuziehen.

Für Partyurlaub geeignet

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Jungs die in Malle so richtig Partyurlaub machen wollten - für das ist die Wohnung in Ordnung - für mehr reichts aber nicht. Die Wohnung ist spärlich eingerichtet, es gibt zwar einen TV dafür keinen Kühlschrank. Der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung ist eher hinuntergekommen (Kaputte Türe, altmodische Möbel,...). Der Meerblick ist sehr schön, der Balkon war der Ort an welchem wir wohl nebst unseren Betten am meisten Zeit verbrachten. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Viertel der feierwütigen Holländer, auf unserer Etage hatten wir nur niederländische Nachbaren, für die ist Nachtruhe ein unbekannter Begriff. Direkt unter unserer Wohnung liegt einer der angesagtesten Clubs der Niederländer. Der sorgt dafür das so bis 6-7 Uhr morgens keine Ruhe herrscht auf der Strasse - da musst du dich schon ordentlich zu ballern das du bei diesem Geräuschpegel schlafen kannst.

We would definitely recommend this apartment!

We stayed in this apartment with 9 girls. The apartment is super spacious and has everything in it; oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and everything. We never got in the way of each other because the big amount of space that the apartment has.

The thing we loved the most about it, is the big balcony on which you can enjoy the view until late at night. The view is also amazing!

Furthermore, I must say that the communication with the owners is great. They were so friendly and they respond very quick. They also arranged a transfer service from and to the airport which was great.

We really recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested. There is actually nothing we did not like about the apartment :)

Einfach nur top!!!

Die Buchung war sehr unproblematisch, alles hat super funktioniert. Wir kamen sehr früh an selbst das war kein Problem. Die Wohnung war in einem super Zustand und die Lage ist einfach grandios. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal in der Wohnung. Vielen lieben Dank auch an das ganze Team.

El Arenal (officially and Catalan s'Arenal) is a village of Majorca, located halfway between the town of Llucmajor and Palma de Mallorca. The north part of the stream comprised of the Jews (Torrent dels Jueus), is in the municipality of Palma de Mallorca and is called Playa de Palma.

Its proximity to Palma (15 km) and the airport (7 km) make it a place of easy access for tourists and residents. Their celebrations are held in July.

It has a wide white sand beach, where in summer many tourists gather along its huge rides and modern, refurbished in the late nineties.

It has a very important marina on the island, which is both one of its main attractions, along with a beach littered with palm trees and space for sports activities. The part belonging to the municipality of Palma is much longer and can find plenty of amenities: discos, bars, cafes, mini-golf courses and much more.

Its ideal location makes it a great tourist spot: proximity to a big city, beach, golf and spectacular natural harbor, one of the most beautiful and perfect around the Mediterranean such as that of the Balearic capital. In addition, from this location you can enjoy the most southern part of the Serra de Tramuntana observed far above Palma. From the beach, near the marina, you can even see on a clear day the Cathedral of Palma and Bellver Castle.
