Dirty House😢

Communication was awful, only good thing about this house was the lay out. Couches had old food particles all over . Garbage under cushions . Torn bar chairs , broken lights . A big rat lives in the bbq grill outside. Rat droppings by the pool area. Waited outside 2-1/2 hours before I could get anyone on the phone. Cleaning lady showed up the next day. We went and spent $25 in cleaning supplies and cleaned before we let our guests in on check on night. I’ve been traveling to this area for the past 7 years for a soccer tournament, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vacation stay.

Not ideal

When we arrived late from the airport the first night, only a small number of all the pillows in the house actually had pillowcases, bedding from one bed was still in the dryer and the bed was not made at all. We call the customer service line but due to it being 10:30p at night, they could not help us. Pillow cases were delivered the next day but still never brought enough for all pillows. The wifi went out day 3 or so and attempts to call property management either left us on hold forever or sent us to an answering machine. The neighborhood was VERY busy and VERY crowded. The homes are very thin making noise from neighbors a HUGE problem. Many nights we suffered from loud neighbors late into the night. Getting in and out of the neighborhood through the security gate can be a problem due to the high number of people going in and out. The community center was extremely crowded as well...not ideal for vacation.

Big house needs refreshing

House is large and bright with plenty of room for a family. Walls are dirty and could use painting. Furniture worn and couch has tear in it. Overall cleanliness was ok just needs some refreshing. Very limited supplies in kitchen. Pool and patio were nice and location to club house is good.

Refrigerator did not start working properly until the end of our stay. The throw pillows on the living room chair had tears in them The remotes did not work Visible dirt on the walls
