The Sandridge House is a restored 1890's Historic home with the best Old Town Park City views. Tucked away on quiet Sandridge Avenue, you are just steps from Main Street. Sandridge House is on 4 city lots, providing a large and private compound that is rare in Old Town. Look at the photos and you will see there is lots of space and privacy.

The exterior features a large deck looking out over Main Street and Park City Resort mountains. There is a very private outdoor hot tub and gas grill as well as a fully fenced backyard. This Historic Old Town home exudes incredible warmth and coziness. The sun-drenched sitting room allows amazing views toward Park City Mountain Resort, Empire Canyon ski runs, Main Street shopping, and all it's restaurants and pubs.

The Sandridge House is always kept upgraded and updated with high end additions as needed. You will find a warm open feel on the main floor which includes a dining room, kitchen, living room with marble gas fireplace and sitting room. There is a ski storage area at each main floor entrance as well as a cyclone ski boot and glove dryer. There is easy access to the back yard and hot tub from either the main floor or the lower level. The lower level can be left as part of the home or be a 1 bedroom lockout with its own private entrance, kitchenette and lounge area with pullout couch and smart TV, perfect for the teens or grandparents looking for privacy when needed. This amazing getaway is a 1-2 minute drive to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort and a 1 minute walk to Main. Skiing, Mountain bike and hiking trail access are quickly accessed from the home.

Why Craig chose Park City area

It took almost 3 years of searching before we found Sandridge House. It had a comfortable feel to it that the many other homes we looked at didn't have, with privacy and space that is very difficult to find in Old Town, yet steps away from the action when you want it. We put a lot of effort into making it our home and we love having people stay here while exploring everything Park City has to offer. Park City has a cool vibe that's hard to explain. You'll experience it when you visit!

What makes this house unique

Our home has a large private fenced yard, very hard to find in Old Town. No other homes crowding space and privacy, you will notice that's not the case with most Old Town homes. Our reviews show guests enjoy all the little things we have added. High end appliances, vast selection of quality cooking tools, luxurious bedding, boot heaters, pink sea salt and organic pepper. We made this home the way we would like a home to be if we were vacationing. There are city steps right next to the home leading you to the action. The house is perched on the hill overlooking Main Street and across to the ski runs of Park City Resort. Skiing, Mountain Biking, Golf, and pretty much every other outdoor activity are here to explore. Great restaurants, shopping, and night life are say walking distance. The Egyptian Theater is a 4 minute walk from the home.

Your home was very well located to Main Street. The aspen were gold, the temperature a bit warm but fall was in the air. Access to mountain bike trails was excellent as well as the restaurants on Main St. We enjoyed our stay very much...the house had all of the dishes and kitchen supplies that we required. Hot tub was nice after a long day on our bikes.

My wife and I will be back again next year to enjoy the fall colors and RIDE.

Close to everything

Since we just hosted our second Park City wedding in as many years, this was our second stay at this wonderful house and we were not disappointed. Great for entertaining out of town guests and Sunday post-wedding brunch. The consensus is that we need to have another wedding next year. Problem is we have run out of daughters! Heads up Craig, our Deer Valley wedding planner thinks the house would be great for her out of town family!

Perfect Park City

Our family of five spent 4 wonderful days in this beautiful home located perfectly for access to all the activities the Park City area offers. We definitely plan to return to what we now regard as our "home away from home"! We've encouraged friends to book here as well. The house is comfortable, beautifully appointed, a luxury accommodation that is also appropriate for children. The kitchen is amazing but access to fabulous restaurant dining as well as family friendly eateries is easy and plentiful. Activities for children and adults abound no matter what the season. We stayed here the week before Easter 2016 and are planning on returning to enjoy summer and winter.

The home sits on a ridge above Park City so your view is unbelievable.

Craig and Lisa are amazing owners. Communication was better than any other place we have ever rented. The week before our rental Craig sent over instructions and recommendations. We tried as many restaurants as we could and all were excellent. We especially liked the No Name Saloon and Cafe Terijo. We have adult children so the No Name Saloon might be a little aggressive for minors.

Wonderful house in great location

A group of 8 of us stayed at Craig's house for a ski trip this past winter. Lovely accommodations that were comfortable for all. Kitchen was well-equipped for meal prep. Craig was also very responsive during our stay. Hope to return in future years!

Awesome House for a Ski Vacation

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while skiing in Park City. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 to hang out together but also have our own space. The owner checked in with us by email to make sure that we had arrived and found everything we needed. The location is convenient to the historic downtown restaurants and shops, the free shuttle bus and the ski resorts. We will definitely stay here when we return to Park City.

Beautiful modern home with a perfect location across from Main Street!

We go to Park City every year and I have to say this is our favorite house. It is great when you are traveling with several families as they lay-out is perfect. We had 3 couples and 5 kids total. This house is very modern and updated with beautiful finishes. It was extremely clean and organized. The location is directly across the street from Main Street so it's an easy walk everywhere and maybe a 5 minute car ride to Park City Mountain and or Deer Valley so you have the best of both worlds. This house came furnished with all the amenities including all dishes, utensils, pots, pans and coffee makers etc. I was also impressed with how many towels and linens they had and even towels for the hot tub area.This house provides 2 parking spots and a great outdoor hot tub. It's very cozy and the living room has gorgeous windows that look out to the Park City mountain with gorgeous views. We actually chose to eat at home 2 nights just because we loved being in the house so much. It also has 2 washer and dryers on the different levels and the downstairs even has a game system for the kids with all the latest games to play. This was by far one of our favorite trips and dealing with the owners of this house was super easy and they were extremely accommodating! I will definitely be coming back to this house and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Our group travels a lot and has very high standards and it is typically difficult to please everyone, but I I have to say that this house lived up to our standards and more. You will not be disappointed!

The first thing I thought when I walked in was, THE PICTURES DON'T DO IT JUSTICE! This is by far the most comfortable and clean home we have ever rented in PC. The beds and linens are divine, the kitchen had everything we needed, the hot tub with a view of town was perfect. Kids loved the play station and board games, adults loved the poker chips. The grill set up is perfect.

This is a professionally designed home and it shows. They left fresh flowers and chocolates for us upon arrival - the CLEANEST rental home known to man. The "sun room" area is a great spot to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the snowfall.

We very comfortably slept three families here, one family for each level. Worked out great.

The home is perfectly situated on a hill overlooking upper main street. We easily walked to main every night. We drove to both Deer Valley and Park City base within 3 minutes - it's a perfect location for enjoying all that Park City has to offer. Two private parking spots are great! I really can't say enough about how great this house is - I'm giving 218 the awesome review that it deserves - but I'm also feeling a bit selfish about wanting to keep this gem of a home my little secret :) I say GO FOR THIS ONE - you won't regret it.

218 Sandridge is located right in the heart of Park City. A more convenient location is not to be found. The city wide free shuttle stops less than a minutes walk from the house on Main street, so getting anywhere in the Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons areas could not be easier. All of the excellent dining, shopping, and night life of Park City's Historic Main Street District is a easy stroll down the city steps located next to the property.
