Rustic, Beach Apartment, With Some Problems.

This rustic beach apartment is well appointed, but tended to be a little dark. Also there is no information telling renters that the apartment's front door opens ion to the middle of many busy street restaurants, one of which sets up tables almost blocking the entrance. Renters are also not told of the noise upstairs, which seems to come from storage of tables and chairs in the middle of the night. Also the air conditioner did not work, it did however recycle the air. It needs to be serviced. There was also problems with the water heater, which took forever to produce hot water, and it was easy to get a blast of cold water during a shower. I contacted the owners about this problem and did not receive a response. Even with all these problems, the apartment was convenient and the bed was comfortable. It definitely looked better on line then it actually was.

Owner's Response: First make it clear to these hosts (the most problematic we have had) with regard to his comments there are many imperfections. The apartment is as it appears in photographs, nor is deceived, nor is it intended to deceive the host over the same, as the photographs from every corner of it so certify. Secondly when they complained about the air conditioning, it was made clear that the air conditioning had been reviewed by a specialist, as we do at the beginning of each summer on the characteristics of aparatamento clarifies that "is accessed from the street, which is located in the most picturesque street in Cadiz, which is surrounded by multiple restaurants and terraces "something they appreciate most guests and gives it its particularity. In terms of noise, were told they did not come to a hotel (where, on the other hand, not noise is exempt), they came to a building where families live more and no longer the normal noises of coexistence. When they called for hot water was explained twice the performance (on arrival and on a subsequent visit) and yet they are the only guests who have had problems in those ways. When we saw they were not comfortable (the second day) called the page to be put in touch with them and they left the apartment if you were not comfortable, however they remained the entire week, so it seems the problems are not they were such, because no one is at a site or forced disgust. References are listed in our guestbook and performing guests we have had in these more than 3 years of work are excellent and still work for the guest is on our property as at home .. Those positive comments you can check whenever they want.

Un lujazo, decoracion extraordinaria, amplitud, estilo y buen gusto. Completisimo, electrodomesticos en buen uso.Una preciosidad a pie de calle ,independiente y en la yema del huevo(excelente ubicacion), la crem de la crem.

Comodo e di charme

Un bel appartamento in zona super centrale a Cadice, dotato di ogni comfort (tanto che è stato un peccato rimanere solo due giorni, sarebbe stato bello sfruttarlo per una settimana almeno). A 50 mt dalla spiaggia, curato nei dettagli e in una zona viva e ricca di ristoranti.

Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e seri, ci hanno ragguagliato su tutto, fornendoci parecchie informazioni su cosa visitare e dove mangiare.

Unico neo, leggermente buia causa assenza di finestre.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Stadtwohnung

Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.

Die Lage ist extrem gut, man ist in ein paar Schritten am Strand und genauso schnell mitten in der Altstadt.

Dafür muss man einen gewissen Lärmpegel in Kauf nehmen .. Das war für uns kein Problem, weil Cadiz Zwischenstation war.. für ein paar Tage nimmt man das für die Lage gerne in Kauf.

Die Wohnung hat kein Fenster, daher "nur" 4 Sterne. Klimaanlage und Entfeuchter sorgen für ein gutes Raumklima. Keine Fenstern weil die Wohnung im EG ist und von allen Seiten bebaut ist.

Fazit: um einen Städtetrip zu machen eine super Adresse
