Enjoy Lake Annecy with family or friends in this large typical house in 1890 renovated in 2013.

At the foot of the mountains, 2 minutes from the beach, come and experience a stay in an exceptional setting.

This large house has 4 bedrooms: Three bedrooms with double beds and a room for children with a double bed and a raised single bed (with scale). Each room has a balcony and some have direct access to the terrace.

A cozy TV room under the roof offers 2 additional beds with its convertible sofa.

To fill the whole family, two modern bathrooms equipped with a washing machine and a dryer are present.

A large kitchen with adjoining dining room offers all the necessary equipment: modern electric oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and above all the dishes, pots, dishes, all cutlery and kitchen tools for a large family.

The exterior frames the whole wonderfully with garden furniture, a barbecue on the terrace, sun loungers, stunning views of the lake and the mountains, but also with a shaded area and greener behind the house.

Finally, 3 parking spaces are reserved to the house.

The house is within walking distance of the lake (beach), the boating, bike trail to Annecy (bike hire nearby). Tennis courts and a golf course are also available. Direct access to the best flying site in Europe (Forclaz pass). The house is situated in a very quiet street with neighbors around: The night noise, reprehensible before the law and punishable by severe fines, is not an option after 22H.

spacious, close to lake, beach, cycle path and at least 2 great restaurants

This property is really good value especially if you can fill it, it is wonderfully close to amenities including beach, restaurants, cycle hire , nature walks and stunning views but on hot evenings the noise from the parties on the lake shore is a drawback. The garden could do with a little tidy up and there are a few tired/broken fixtures (washing line, big awning) but overall it's a sensibly priced, well positioned house and was perfect for 6 adults and 6 kids (we brought one extra inflatable bed to avoid older kids sharing the double). The high breakage deposit caused me some stress (getting 820 euros together on day 1!!!!) and would be more understandable if the property were in top condition but there was no problem with getting it back and UK banks don't charge for euro cheques if you push hard in branch. We brought duvet covers, pillow cases and towels to save 16 euros pp and that worked well (square pillows but UK ones fit). I would absolutely recommend this house above others we considered on the other side of the lake due to the location and sensible inside space. For runners, casual and serious cyclists and beach lovers, a base here and a planned trip to Talloires gives you the best of everything.

Stunning house! Highly recommended!!

Just back from a fantastic stay in this beautiful house.

It was a family get together with 10 adults and one child, the house is so big that at no point did we feel crowded. There is plenty of living space with ample seating inside and out. As the weather was so good we spent most of our time outside - the view is stunning and the lake is almost on the doorstep.

The combined kitchen/dining area was perfect for our social needs and when the sun went down (or behind a mountain) we all sat at the kitchen table.

Lovely and clean toilets and bathrooms, bedrooms tastefully decorated and very comfy beds. Stunning well maintained house!!

Log burning stove added a lovely ambiance and the log fire was awesome.

Sylvie was amazing during the booking process, shame I didn't get to meet her, maybe one day :)

Christophe who did the handover was charming and lives locally, so good if there are any problems - we had none.

I would definitely recommend this property and hope that one day we might be able to return.

Belle maison proche du lac

Cette maison est très agréable à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur (grand jardin). Les chambres sont spacieuses et donne à chacun pas mal d'intimité. L'espace commun (salon) est séparé de la cuisine et n'est pas très grand par rapport au nombre de chambres mais les jardins (devant et derrière) compensent bien.

La maison est très bien située par rapport au lac: petite plage à quelques mètres, plage de Doussard un peu plus loin avec sports nautiques... Et la plage d'Angon à 15 minutes en voiture. Toutes les activités sont à côté: vélo, parapente, canyonning...

En revanche, Annecy n'est qu'à 20 km mais en haute saison on met facilement 45min-1heure pour y accéder.

Le restaurant Chez ma cousine est très bon avec une vue magnifique.

Quelques petits détails à améliorer:

- Comme beaucoup de location Il faut payer un supplément de 16 euros/personne pour le linge de maison (pas de problème). Mais ceci n'inclut que les draps pour le nombre de lits exact (pas un supplémentaire au cas où ...) , une serviette par personne et une seule serviette pour la cuisine. De plus les lits n'étaient pas faits et du coup il manquait un drap housse (apporté le lendemain).

- la cusine est bien équipée mais la vaisselle (surtout les verres) est un peu vieillissante.

- il y a une fuite dans la douche qui j'imagine sera réparée mais avec qu'une serviette par personne... pas facile à éponger.

Mais ceci ne sont évidemment que des détails. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et recommandons la maison.

Maison impeccable, propre et agréable à vivre. Au calme, à proximité du bord du lac d'Annecy.

Convient à un groupe d'amis comme aux familles.

Seul bémol : en supplément : ménage et draps (lits non faits à l'arrivée)

maison tout confort tres bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent sejout avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Noys avons apprécié la terrasse avec vue sue le lac et le petit jardin. ..ideal avec de jeunes enfants. L accueil a été agréable et très conciliant pour les horaires. La maison est tres bien équipée ...il y a tout ce qu on veut ...même des jeux pour les petits.
