Location, location, location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in such a peaceful location after a busy few days in Barcelona. The house is just as it appears in the pictures and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. Parking is freely available within the small gated complex which is well maintained. The pool area is simple and nice, never busy. The best part of this house is the location. The view is stunning at all times of day and you can swim and snorkel off the rocks within 10m of the house or the beach within 30m. The area is quiet with only a few small bars. We used the beach bar but were mostly happy to stock up at the large Esclat 10mins away and make the most of the BBQ and stunning terrace. There is also a local supermarket about 400m from the property which has all the basics. Despite the information the house does have air conditioning however I get the impression it has been abused by folk in the past and therefore a limit is set in terms of electricity usage before additional charges are applied. These additional charges are very low however. We used all the appliances daily, did a fair bit of cooking and used the air conditioning in moderation and were not charged anything extra. Don't let this out put you off. I think it's helpful to know there is the option of AC. There is a meter which lets you monitor use. Cleaning carries an additional charge of €50. You can do it yourself if you wish instead (I did). It's not a big house to clean however I realise this is not for everyone. It is a holiday. The property is well located for visiting Portaventura (approx 10-15 mins). The only reason I'm not giving the property 5 * is that it lacked a few basic things. I have let the owner know and he is keen to fix this for future guests ( nothing major BBQ tools, tea towels and the like) and I also would have preferred being able to play for the property by bank transfer or online. I would highly recommend a stay here. It really is a super house in an idyllic spot.

Owner's Response: I am delighted to have hosted a family like you on my property, and have enjoyed so much of your vacation for me always makes me very happy. Thank you for taking care of the house so much and leaving everything so well. I thank you very much for being a person so correct and pleasant and to inform me of the lack of some kitchen equipment such as wine glasses that are broken, only two were left and the barbecue tongs, I want to inform you that they have already been replaced the same day Of your departure, it is very important for me that everything is correct so that the guests enjoy the maximum comforts in my property. To tell you that in this property I have guests who like it so much that they repeat every year, if ever again want to return, we will be delighted to see you again. I do not know if I mention it, but for the year that is well planned there will be renovations and will make the whole house inside new, will expand a room more and a large bathroom, you will see the reform in the photos for the year 2018 .

Unforgettable view

The flat is got a terrace with a stunning view.We have been in March,when is not that hot,but the sun was going straight into the terrace where it was great for a sun tan.The flat is clean,but it can do with a more modern shower.Apart of that,I would deffinetly recommended!What I also liked about it,was that the owners was really friendly and they asked us in out last day how they can improve their services.

Stunning views in a beautiful oceanfront home

This home truly is ocean front! We were surprised upon checking in how beautiful and clean everything is. The layout is perfect, upstairs are two bedrooms with one bathroom, and downstairs is the kitchen, living room and bathroom. When you go out onto the patio the views are stunning and you have plenty of room to enjoy mornings and evenings with a cup of coffee, or wine watching boats go by. The home is in a gated community, so very private and safe. There is a community pool that we used a couple times. The neighbors were all friendly when we would see them, and its definitely quiet at night. Lovely place for a romantic getaway, or even for families to take a break from home. You wont be disappointed!!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in bester Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnungsanlage direkt am Meeresrand und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Weg der über einige Steine und Kanten zum Strand führt.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Vermieter hat das Haus aufwendig saniert.

Alle Räume waren bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, der Gesamteindruck hervorragend.

Bei der Beschreibung des Hauses sollte man berücksichtigen, dass unserer Meinung nach das Bewohnen mit 6 Personen nur bedingt möglich ist.

Das aufgeführte zweite Bad ist eine sehr kleine Toilette mit einem unglaublich kleinen Handwaschbecken, jedoch nicht als Badezimmer anzusehen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und die Betten auch für Erwachsene eher nicht geignet.

Für eine Familie mit Kindern oder als Paar, so wie wir, ist das Haus jedoch sehr

empfehlenswert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Geschirr ist allerdings in der Menge sehr begrenzt vorhanden. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in einem sehr schönen Haus verbracht und können dieses Objekt für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie nur empfehlen.
