Spectacular Villa and View
We had a great stay in Cap Salou with our two children. The view was absolutely spectacular! The outdoor terrace and proximity to the beach were incredible. The house was very clean, and accurately represented by the listing. Jose, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. We are very much looking forward to our return.
Amazing views - wonderful stay
We have just returned from a week here and what you see is what you get. The views are amazing and the sun is on the terrace all day.
The villa is set within a gated community, so quiet and secure, with direct access to the beach (there is a little clambering of rocks, but nothing too difficult). There is a small supermarket 100m up the road and 2 bars serving food all day in the same location - Cafe del Far was our favourite and we went most nights for drinks and sometimes a bite to eat.
Jose was very accommodating; we had to leave early for the airport and he arrived at 7am on our departure day for us to hand the keys back. Nothing was too much trouble.
We will certainly be back.
Could not fault the property and the views are spectacular. Special thanks to Jose. I had to text him first night to tell him that the kettle did not work and he responded by delivering a new one the next day.There are a lot of steps from the car park to the house so limited mobility could be a problem but this does not detract from the property. Overall if you are thinking of going to Spain do not hesitate to book this property.
Spectacular location, million dollar view!
We stayed with our children for the October 2018 holidays, the weather was great and we could enjoy the stunning terrace all day, every day. The photograph of the view really is what you get. The beach is literally a stones throw away which was fabulous for the kids. The accommodation was comfortable for a family of four. The entire complex is beautifully managed, the gardens, shared pool and sweet little pathways between the houses. We understand from the owner that he will be making some upgrades to the house which sounds exciting. We would very much recommend this property and really hope to return ourselves next year. Location, location, location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in such a peaceful location after a busy few days in Barcelona. The house is just as it appears in the pictures and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. Parking is freely available within the small gated complex which is well maintained. The pool area is simple and nice, never busy. The best part of this house is the location. The view is stunning at all times of day and you can swim and snorkel off the rocks within 10m of the house or the beach within 30m. The area is quiet with only a few small bars. We used the beach bar but were mostly happy to stock up at the large Esclat 10mins away and make the most of the BBQ and stunning terrace. There is also a local supermarket about 400m from the property which has all the basics. Despite the information the house does have air conditioning however I get the impression it has been abused by folk in the past and therefore a limit is set in terms of electricity usage before additional charges are applied. These additional charges are very low however. We used all the appliances daily, did a fair bit of cooking and used the air conditioning in moderation and were not charged anything extra. Don't let this out put you off. I think it's helpful to know there is the option of AC. There is a meter which lets you monitor use. Cleaning carries an additional charge of €50. You can do it yourself if you wish instead (I did). It's not a big house to clean however I realise this is not for everyone. It is a holiday. The property is well located for visiting Portaventura (approx 10-15 mins). The only reason I'm not giving the property 5 * is that it lacked a few basic things. I have let the owner know and he is keen to fix this for future guests ( nothing major BBQ tools, tea towels and the like) and I also would have preferred being able to play for the property by bank transfer or online. I would highly recommend a stay here. It really is a super house in an idyllic spot.
I am delighted to have hosted a family like you on my property, and have enjoyed so much of your vacation for me always makes me very happy.

I thank you very much for being a person so correct and pleasant and to inform me of the lack of some kitchen equipment such as wine glasses that are broken, only two were left and the barbecue tongs, I want to inform you that they have already been replaced the same day Of your departure, it is very important for me that everything is correct so that the guests enjoy the maximum comforts in my property.
To tell you that in this property I have guests who like it so much that they repeat every year, if ever again want to return, we will be delighted to see you again.
I do not know if I mention it, but for the year that is well planned there will be renovations and will make the whole house inside new, will expand a room more and a large bathroom, you will see the reform in the photos for the year 2018 .
