A large recently modernised mews house over three floors, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can sleep 10 (plus a child) but 8 is recommended for full comfort. Air-conditioned, some under-floor heating. Large back garden, top floor balcony. A Strictly Non-Smoking property with wi-fi Internet access provided, and a laptop. Check-out time is 10.30, check-in time 14.30. Earlier check-in can only be guaranteed by paying for an extra night.

The ground floor has been brilliantly arranged as an open plan space ideal for socialising and entertaining, with a huge L-shaped sofa in the sitting area, a long dining table that seats up to 12 and a professional-standard kitchen area with the latest equipment. Better still, from here French doors open onto the garden with its terrace, water feature and attractive planting, thus giving plenty of choice for everyone to mix and meet, and to find their favourite spot. The entertainment corner has a 42' flat screen TV with Sky channels, a DVD player, video and stereo.
The smart black and white kitchen area has generous work and storage space with a double gas hob, oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the storage room on the ground floor.
On the two top floors are the bedrooms plus a study with a sofa bed. The spacious master bedroom on the top floor has a queen sized bed, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The second smaller bedroom on the same floor, also with access to the balcony, has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a flat screen TV. On the middle floor, the third very large bedroom has a queen sized bed and a separate single bed, plus a desk, TV and a wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is also en-suite and has a double bed, fitted double wardrobe and a desk. The study has a double sofa bed and a desk.
The en-suite master bathroom on the top floor has twin wash basins, a bathtub with a hand shower, a power shower cubicle and a loo. The second bathroom on the same floor has a wash basin, power shower cubicle and loo. The third en-suite bathroom on the first floor has a wash basin, power shower cubicle and loo. The fourth bathroom on the same floor has a wash basin, a bathtub with a wall shower and loo. All the bathrooms are splendidly done in white and black marble and all but one have under floor heating. There is a further loo with a wash basin on the ground level.

Earls Court is a cosmopolitan residential area with an amazing selection of shops of all kinds, from neighbourhood stores and supermarkets to quality fashion outlets, plus a great choice of cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs. High St Kensington and Holland Park are a short distance away as is South Kensington with three of London's most famous museums, the Victoria & Albert, Natural History Museum and the Science Museum. This is a perfect base for exploring London, with excellent transport links to Kensington, Knightsbridge, the West End, the central London sights and the City. Easy access also to Heathrow and the M25.
