The location of the apartment is ideal for walking tour of the historic center of Palma de Mallorca. Although the apartment is 1 minute from the Plaza Mayor and the City Council, is in a quiet and peaceful street, so you can relax during your stay in our wonderful city. The apartment is in the heart of the city, surrounded by walled areas, stately homes, churches, Arab baths, museums, the Almudaina Palace and the beautiful Gothic cathedral of Palma.
If you want to shop, our apartment is perfect for this, for 5 minutes you will find the best shopping streets. Calle San Miguel (Sita Murt, Sfera, Springfield, Timberland, Bershka, Etam, ...), Avenida Jaime III (Loewe, El Corte Ingles, Mango), Paseo del Borne (Zara, Massimo Duti, Louis Vuitton, H & M).
The proximity of art galleries and museums, make our apartment the ideal place to spend your vacation. A few steps away Museum of Contemporary Art Foundation March, El Casal Solleric, El Baluard Museum, Caixaforum; major art galleries are also located near the floor.
While on our floor, you will find everything you need for cooking and the market and supermarket are within walking distance, if you want to leave, they can have tapas in the area of tapas bars, 200 meters from the apartment, or enjoy the restaurants Majorcan typical meal or the most modern restaurants in the city.
We do not think you need vehicle during their stay in Palma, then the bus stop is 50 meters and the train 5 minutes; but if so, there is a very close public parking.
The nearest beach is located 800 meters from the floor.

The advantageous position of this apartment cannot be emphasised enough while nor can the calm and quiet space it gives. It’s central setting meant easy access to the sights of Palma and the buses to take you further afield, to the excellent bodega around the corner and the many others in the narrow streets of the old town as well as to the shopping streets and the market de l’Olivar. All were just steps away from this clean, cool, calm apartment off a pedestrian street. We were delighted to discover we had two verandas and had breakfast in one every morning while we planned our day and a glass of wine every night as we relaxed.
The property was in a great position for exploring the city, close to plenty of great places to eat and drink.
The property could do with some updating but was very comfortable.
The flat was on the second floor with no lifts so might be a problem for people with mobility issues or families with small children.
The owners were very helpful and friendly Mariano even popped in to wish us a safe journey home!
Some English / music tv channels would be great! we had a great stay and would definitely come again many thanks to Blanca & Mariano
This is a spacious two bedroom apartment right in the center of the old city. We could walk to everything. A wonderful market three blocks away. Lovely sun room at the back of the flat. Decent kitchen. They have problems with their plumbing so that there are bad odours from the drains in the bathroom but we seemed to be able to mitigate the problem by running the cold shower for a few minutes.

This charmy and friendly apt gives your stay in Palma an extra taste of more. The hosts Mariano and Blanca made us feel like home and had even bought us some drinks in the refrigerator. Everything was just perfect and the only thing that we would remark was the beds, unfortunately too hard. But all in all I'd give it full rating and welcome them to stay in my house in Helsingborg/ Ramlösa.
We enjoyed our stay here starting with a warm welcome from the owners. Flexible arrival and departure. We would have given 5 stars if the apartment had air conditioning in the second bedroom. The description does state that it does only have a/c in one bedroom but I think we under estimated how hot it gets at night so ended up having the kids sleep on the bed settee in the living room with the air conditioning. Great location in the old part of Palma
