Very charming townhouse with sea view in a securely gated beach front resort with a large communal pool, subtropical gardens and direct access to the beach. The house has a nice terrace with a dining table, umbrella and a BBQ. From the terrace you walk into the private garden with sun beds and a private exterior shower, which is very comfortable after a swim in the pool, the sea or to cool off during sunbathing. The kitchen is well equipped. There is one double bedroom with airco, built-in wardrobes and television. The 2nd bedroom is an open mezzanine with a double bed. The living-room is nicely decorated with a sofa, television and a dining table. The large supermarket Carrefour, several beach bars, a fresh bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser are all within short walking distance. Estepona old town is a 15 min walk. Popular places like Puro Beach club, Puerto Banus, Los Flamingos Golf Club, Marbella are all within a 5 - 15 min drive. Free WIFI, bedlinen, towels and maid service (1x week) are included. Schönes spanisches Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villaz Andaluzas war sehr schön. Obwohl unser Flug abends Verspätung hatten, hat uns die Hausverwalterin sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig in einem abgezäunten Areal. Es hat einen kleinen Garten und eine Terrasse mit Teilmeerblick. Das Frühstück morgens auf der sonnigen Terrasse war sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist sehr gut für 4 Personen geeignet, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der große Pool für die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und meist wenig frequentiert, obwohl das Wasser sehr warm war und wir dort sehr häufig geschwommen sind. Von der Anlage hat man einen direkten Meerzugang.

Estepona ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Alles in allem war es ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub und ein wunderschönes Ferienhäuschen. Ich würde es wieder aussuchen, wenn ich nach Estepona fahren würde.

Great experience, exceeded exepectations

The apartment has everything you need. We stayed there with four persons (two adults and two small children). Great swimming pool, no noice at all, close to the beach/city/supermarket, private parking, nice people. Good yard, even a BBQ, and much eye for detail and atmosphere, The local host was very nice and helpful. Absolutely great experience for us all.

Lovely property in immaculate condition

This property is lovely and in immaculate condition. My partner and I enjoyed a 7 night stay here in June 2013 with our 2 year old son. The garden is fantastic if you have a child and once again kept in great condition as is the swimming pool out the front of the house. It was great to have our meals on the terrace outside the patio doors and you can see the sea in the distance. I'd say location wise it's definately better to have a car than not. You can walk to Estepona in 15 mins, however the port is a bit further around 40 mins. We travelled up and down the southern coast in our car and the location is in great driving distance to Marbella, Gibralta, Porto Banus and La Duquesa which is lovely and definately worth a visit. The lounge is great, the kitchen is spotless. One thing to note is if you are sharing with another couple that the head room in the second bedroom overlooking the lounge is minimal and so that's only suitable for smaller people really! Overall though this property is great and I would recommend it to anyone looking to explore southern Spain.

Perfect stay in a perfect house in a great

We stayed in this charming house near the center of Estepona.

Nothing was missing everything was great, the view, the beach, bbq, good beds etc.etc.

And I also want to mention that we had a warm welcome by the house manager when we arrived.

We will come back to enjoy this perfect moment again.

Villas Andaluzas is comprised of only 36 townhouses in an exclusive resort on a prime South-facing sea-front location on the “New Golden Mile” between Marbella and Estepona, only 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.

The outstanding beach-front location is enhanced by the close proximity of Estepona centre and some great attractions on this coast-line, like for example Laguna Village, Puerto Banus and the Selwo Adventure Park. Greatly appreciated by our guests and by ourselves is the central location of our house. The Carrefour, beach bars, a fresh bakery, a pharmacy are all within short walking distance of the house.

The famous, trendy and luxurious Puro Beach-club with heated swimming pool is only a 5 min drive.

Puro Beach is part of Laguna Village, consisting of 20 exclusive shops, 2 luxurious beach-clubs, three top-of-the-range restaurants, and a unique café / bistro.

Estepona itself is a pretty, traditional Spanish town with a lovely old centre, long wide beaches and a beautiful 4 km long sea-front promenade that takes you to the other end of Estepona where you will find the Marina. Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of traditional Spanish tapas bars in the lovely cobbled squares in the old centre or the wonderful fresh fish restaurants in the Marina, overlooking the yachts.

For those looking for the a more glamourous and jetset ambiance there is Puerto Banus (10 min) or Marbella (15 min): the ultra-fashionable shops, jet-set lifestyle, and famous people synonymous with Marbella; the amazing marina, fabulous luxury yachts, and equally high-class bars & night-clubs of Puerto Banus.

Keys: The landlord will provide the tenant with a set of keys and the tenant will return the keys to the contact person on the day of departure. The details of the contact person will be given to the tenant prior to the day of arrival.
Late arrivals: extra charge of € 40,=.
