Very charming townhouse with sea view in a securely gated beach front resort with a large communal pool, subtropical gardens and direct access to the beach. The house has a nice terrace with a dining table, umbrella and a BBQ. From the terrace you walk into the private garden with sun beds and a private exterior shower, which is very comfortable after a swim in the pool, the sea or to cool off during sunbathing. The kitchen is well equipped. There is one double bedroom with airco, built-in wardrobes and television. The 2nd bedroom is an open mezzanine with a double bed. The living-room is nicely decorated with a sofa, television and a dining table. The large supermarket Carrefour, several beach bars, a fresh bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser are all within short walking distance. Estepona old town is a 15 min walk. Popular places like Puro Beach club, Puerto Banus, Los Flamingos Golf Club, Marbella are all within a 5 - 15 min drive. Free WIFI, bedlinen, towels and maid service (1x week) are included. Lovely Family Holiday
This lovely little villa was immaculately clean on our arrival and we received a very warm welcome. The bedroom, complete with air con was very comfortable with plenty of room and a big pile of fresh towels for our use. The mezzanine level would have been a bit low for adults but our 5 and 7 year old girls loved it and were cool enough at night with a fan. The kitchen was well equipped and beautifully clean. The cupboards were stocked with lots of essential basics - herbs, spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, balsamic etc etc. There were also bin liners, washing up liquid, kitchen roll... all these little items - so handy. It was also a lovely touch to have a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the fridge. The private terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing as a family between swims and visits to the beach and for evening BBQs.
Several villas have access to the pool area however it never felt crowded. We loved the pool and had hours of fun there. We even had it to ourselves a couple of times. The urbanisation is in beautiful gardens with direct access to the beach. We swam and snorkelled in the sea close to the villas and further along the beach (10-15mins) where there were lifeguards and restaurants.
The villa was a 10 min walk to the Carrefore Supermarket and a 10 min walk to the start of the beach bars and restaurants. Great location, great pool, great access to the beach. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely like to go back.
We had a lovely stay. The location of this house is just amazing and the pool is lovely and never too busy. The beach is lovely too and although a bit rocky, it is great and we never went to a different beach.
The kitchen in the house is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The garden is well kept and so is the whole resort. Gardeners are around almost every day and the flowers and plants are beautiful. Lorraine the house manager is only a text message or call away for any questions or problems.
You can walk towards Estepona Old Town along the beach and there are quite a few lovely beach bars and cafés with nice food and drinks.
We were two adults and two children and although we managed well in the house it was probably slightly too small as the second bedroom is a mezzanine. However this is in the description of the home so we were not surprised by this.
The only thing we mentioned is that the garden furniture on the terrace needs replacing as it is dated and a bit wobbly. The garden loungers are lovely though especially in the shade when a lovely brise is going.
We had a lovely two weeks and I would definitely come back although would choose a slightly bigger house for the four of us.

Casa muy bonita y completa. Zona tranquila rodeada de jardines 30 mts del mar. Estepona al lado, preciosa ciudad. Ideal para ir con niños.
Loved the villa. Fantastic location in a quiet development a short walk from town. Ideal for couples looking for a relaxing home away from home. We'll definitely be back.
Schönes spanisches Ferienhaus
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villaz Andaluzas war sehr schön. Obwohl unser Flug abends Verspätung hatten, hat uns die Hausverwalterin sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig in einem abgezäunten Areal. Es hat einen kleinen Garten und eine Terrasse mit Teilmeerblick. Das Frühstück morgens auf der sonnigen Terrasse war sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist sehr gut für 4 Personen geeignet, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der große Pool für die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und meist wenig frequentiert, obwohl das Wasser sehr warm war und wir dort sehr häufig geschwommen sind. Von der Anlage hat man einen direkten Meerzugang.
Estepona ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Alles in allem war es ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub und ein wunderschönes Ferienhäuschen. Ich würde es wieder aussuchen, wenn ich nach Estepona fahren würde.

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of traditional Spanish tapas bars in the lovely cobbled squares in the old centre or the wonderful fresh fish restaurants in the Marina, overlooking the yachts.
For those looking for the a more glamourous and jetset ambiance there is Puerto Banus (10 min) or Marbella (15 min): the ultra-fashionable shops, jet-set lifestyle, and famous people synonymous with Marbella; the amazing marina, fabulous luxury yachts, and equally high-class bars & night-clubs of Puerto Banus.
For the golfing enthusiast there are over 30 top golf courses within easy driving distance, including those very nearby of Los Flamingos and El Paraiso.
A must visit for families is the Selwo Adventure Park just five minutes drive away. Here you get REALLY close-up to more than 2,000 animals from every continent, living in semi-freedom in a huge wilderness covering a million square metres.
Other places of interest: Casares, Rhonda, Benahavis (over 28 restaurants), Gibraltar, Tariffa, Jerez (sherry), Nerja, Seville and Granada.
