Villa Valentine is a Provencal style villa, on the south slope of the medieval village of Montauroux which benefits from a panoramic view of the valley and the Esterel mountains along the Mediterranean sea. The terraced, flowery garden with its private swimming pool is exposed to sunshine from morning till sunset. The villa has on the east and south side a large terrace with two barbecues; a gas barbecue and an open charcoal one. From the air conditioned main living area is the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, the dining room for up to 8 persons, the living room with comfortable seating and fireplace as well as the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms, shower room, separate WC and a small laundry room. All bedrooms have southward (valley view) facing windows and full size beds. Two bedroom rooms are equipped with air conditioning. It is possible to walk up to the village; 20 minutes up hill.

Distances - Montauroux Village 20 minutes walk up hill. Main supermarket shopping 5 mins by car. Lac de St Cassien 10 minutes. Nice Airport 45 minutes. Cannes and the beaches 40 minutes.
I have rented this property on 11 occasions and will rent again in the future.The house is well appointed in every respect.The garden is beautiful and well maintained The pool and surroundings are sensational.Shopping is comprehensive and local.The house staff are pleasant and very efficient and keep the property spotlessly clean.I have no reservations about this property and strongly recommend it.
