About Brian Muldoon
My Partner, Stan and I moved to South Shore Nova Scotia about 2 years ago. He is from here and left to work in Ontario where we met about 12 years ago. After his retirement we purchased his great Aunt's home, built around 1830's it has always been in his family. We totally reno'd it and it is just next door to this property. The view is breathtaking and we just love it here so much we bought the next door. This also completes the Pentz Cove, who was his family. We purchased in November 2016 and we have been reno'ing it since. We brought the floors back to the historic boards they once laid. We are ones for detail so I believe this will be a nice spot to vacation in.
Brian Muldoon purchased this House in 2016
Why Brian Muldoon chose Brooklyn
It allows us to own all of Pentz Cove, which is named after the family.
What makes this House unique
The details on this home are quite fine, three large bay windows, one being the living room, main floor bedroom and the upstairs bedroom. The large chestnut tree shades the front, with the century old barn brings reflections of bygone years. We love bringing the heritage back to a home, rustic features are highlighted throughout the home.

Great house, clean, nice location,
We were very happy to stay at Brians house. Very kind people, nice house, clean, everthing you need in it. Brian was very helpful and kindly. We felt very good
Having these guests in "The Mighty Atlantic" Guest House was a real treat. Being here for the World Junior Curling Championships was an exciting week for all. Thank you for staying with us and hope we see you in Europe one day.
Beautiful Ocean Front Home
The house offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and is well equipped with everything you need for your stay and Brian is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.
Friendly and available owners. Charming house. Quiet place.
FAbulous location at warm inviting house
We were comfortable and Brian was very attentive to ensure everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the amazing sunrise and views from the home. Plenty of room for larger families as we did not use half of the beds! Highly recommend if staying in this area. Very private with beach access and views views views
So pleased you enjoyed your stay at "The Mighty Atlantic", the Ocean certainly put on a show for you before you left. The south shore is a nice area with rock and beaches and cute towns. Safe travels for the rest of your Nova Scotia vacation, come again !
So much beauty & history. The owner was great, very helpful and anxious to help. Perfect setting
Only stayed for 2 nights, but they were very relaxing nights. The setting on the coastline could not have been prettier. The history of the area and house itself was just amazing. The folks in the town nearby (Brooklyn) were so friendly. A wonderful stay... Wish we had more time to explore Coffin Island.
This is one of the most beautiful properties we have rented!
The property was spectacular. This lovely older home is a perfect blend of old world charm and modern conveniences. I could have stayed longer! It was so peaceful. Brian could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend this property for couples, families. It is a great place from which to take day trips. Diana
