The spacious, reception room overlooks Sydney street . It is bright, sunny and elegantly furnished with comfortable modern furniture and decorated with delicate prints and pictures .There is a dining table to seat up to six guests. The entertaining area is organised around a fire place with a good sized sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. There is a flat screen LCD television with a DVD and a Broadband Internet connection.
The kitchen is well organised, smart, sleek and modern. It has a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer.
The marvellous, bright and elegant bedrooms are exceptionally quiet being at the rear of the building. The en-suite master bedroom has a king bed, generous storage space including a chest of drawers and a double wall cupboard. The room has direct access to the private outdoor patio area. Bedroom two has a double bed, good storage space and adjacent bathroom.
The en-suite bathroom is smart modern with neutral flooring and stone tiles, contemporary tub with both hand-held and a wall attached shower unit, wash-hand basin and loo. The family bathroom is next to the second bedroom with tub, (hand-held and a wall attached shower unit) wash-hand basin and loo.
