Located at the Atlantic Beach Circle, Lookouts in the Grove, is steps from the beach and boardwalk, surrounded by restaurants, shopping and conveniences, all within walking distance.

Lookouts at the Groves is a Brand New Charlestonian community located on the Atlantic Beach Circle. Park Place, like in Monopoly game, offers a great, high end rental, small but luxurious. The community features 21 brightly colored units grouped together with a Charleston feel, swimming pool and outdoor patio and grill area.

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our week stay at the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. The house is very close to an italian ice shop and a dog-friendly restaurant! The beach was nice and had a lifeguard, and was close enough to walk to, even in the night. My son enjoyed going to the beach at night to find crabs. And my daughters favorite was the pool - this was also in good shape and she made friends with the families in the neighbor houses.

Beach Trip

We had a great experience staying at this beach house. The house was beautiful and very clean. Had everything we needed. Lisa was amazing and very easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this beach house. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice rental with beach and restaurants within walking distance

House was clean and well-appointed. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything worked and house was decorated nicely. Lisa was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd assuredly book this rental again.

Beautifully decorated and spotless.

I brought family for Spring break. It was nice to be able to walk to everything that you wanted to do. The Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. You can't go wrong with this beautiful condo and we will definately be back.

My husband and I purchased this house in the initial development offering as this is the best location on the island and Atlantic Beach. We wanted a high end, 3 bedroom rental and I manage it locally. Originally from Asheboro, NC, we moved to AB in 2016 and love it here!

Why they chose this property

Atlantic Beach offers year round fun and our property is within walking distance of most everything AB offers. Beach, restaurants, and local bars plus shopping make AB a great weekend visit during the off season as well as a week long visit during peak season.

What makes this property unique

Historic Beaufort is 20 minutes drive, NC Aquarium is 5 minute drive, Fort Macon a 5 minute drive. Historic Beaufort 15 minutes away. So much to do and see in AB plus great local restaurants a short walk from the unit.
