Villa Blanka is built on 3 floors. You enter the grounds to the house from the road where there is parking for 3 cars, 1 in the garage and 2 off street. You climb up a flight of steps through the garden to reach the covered eating terrace beside the entrance which is at the back of the house. On this ground floor is a large living room and separate kitchen/dining room. The living room leads out onto a large terrace shaded with vines growing over it. This is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast looking out over the countryside.
You access the first floor via internal stairs and here you find a second living room with tasteful antique furniture. Also 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a small sea-view balcony off the bathroom. The stairs that go up the top floor lead off another smaller living room which has a sofa-bed that sleeps 2.
On the top floor is the final double bedroom with balcony.
Any guest will enjoy relaxing in the large gardens which is set on different levels. And of course the pool from which are spectacular scenic views.
At the back of the property is a little house in which there is a large open grill. In this house is also a dining area so you can enjoy meals here or on the covered terrace at the back entrance to the main house.
The many living/dining/relaxing areas makes this house an ideal holiday home for those wanting a relaxing peaceful private holiday in the beautiful Dalmatian countryside, yet with the benefit of being so close to the beaches and activities and amenities of the coastal towns.
Getting to the property: Getting there is easy by car or by flying. Split airport is 20km away.
Directions to the Property: Trogir Dalmatian Property Management office will supply you with photo directions how to get to the property. You will be greeted at the villa by the English speaking owner who can tell you all the best places to visit and help with any enquiries. You will feel completely looked after.

Villa Blanca is located up in the hills in a lovely position overlooking the countryside and the sea beyond. It is 2km from the village of Zrnovnica which is 3km from the coast. Zrnovnica is 20km south of Split and can easily be reached by road from Split airport or from the motorway junction at Dugopolje. The pretty coastal village of Stobrec is 6km from the house, here there are traditional restaurants serving domestic cuisine plus a selection of cafe bars. The nearest beach is also here at Stobrec and it has recently been made expanded and the amenities improved so is a great place for all the family to spend the day. Unless you prefer to lounge by the pool and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside and cook in the fabulous traditional grill house at the house
