Set on the 5th floor (with lift) within a well-kept residence, it’s just 50 metres from the shops and 100 metres from the sea. From here you can enjoy the many cafes and restaurants of the Old Town or just sit and watch the ships passing by from your balcony.
Entirely renovated in 2014, it’s approximately 90 sq metres in size, bright & sunny and comprises a hallway, spacious living/dining room, independent kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an independent WC, large south-facing balcony and secure private parking.
It has a maximum occupancy of 5 people (the 5th being a child) and would be perfect for a family or group of friends, wishing to enjoy all that the city of Nice has to offer.

Living room: is large, bright and stylishly-furnished and has fantastic sea views over the entrance of the port. It has two sets of double-glazed doors opening to a terrace, where you can sit and watch the boats go by whilst enjoying your lunch! Furnished with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV (satellite), large dining table & six chairs and library of books.
Kitchen: independent and modern, it’s well-equipped for cooking & dining with oven, electric hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, toaster & kettle. A door leads to rear balcony with washing machine and views over hills behind.
Bedrooms: two in total, both with lovely wood parquet floors; master bedroom has king-size bed (180cm wide), drawer set, wardrobes opposite and en-suite shower room. The other bedroom’s large with two single beds (90cm, or can convert into king size of 180), wardrobe and desk. Additionally an inflatable mattress can be added for a small child – please request before reservation.
Bathrooms: two in total, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room also with washbasin, and the independent bathroom has long bath, handheld shower and double washbasins. There's an independent WC from the hallway.
Outside: from the living room there’s a long, sunny, south-facing terrace with table & chairs. It has fantastic views over the gardens, the port entrance and sea. There’s one large, private underground parking place, plus free parking can often be found on the road outside.
Swimming pool: is not available here, but then you do have the beaches and the sea on your doorstep!
Internet: connection is available here for your devices via Wi-Fi.

Baby facilities: it would be necessary to take your own travel cot, or please ask us regarding a local hire company.
Damage deposit: the owner requests a damage deposit of 300 Euros on arrival. Alternatively it can be made in advance with JDV by way of a credit card guarantee. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
Change over day: is normally a Saturday; however the owners may be flexible outside of July/August.
Long weekend stays: are possible outside of the high seasons, with a minimum of 4 nights stay.
Pets: please enquire.
Smoking: is not permitted inside this property – sorry (balcony is OK).
