Immaculate flat in beautiful area, helpful owner

The apartment - beautiful location, close to places of interest, restaurants, markets and transport links. Slightly away from the bustle so no problems with noise etc. in fifth floor of a stunning building, lift is available too. Inside, just like photos. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, perfect for spending time inside of or outside of with a useful large balcony with furniture. Only local tv but the telly is web enabled for Internet tv etc, but only an issue if planning on spending a long time in the flat. Kitchen has everything you might need to cook or entertain, and is very clean. Bathroom is good, large, great powerful shower, and also very clean, only improvement might be a lock on the door! The bedrooms are fine and nicely presented. There is extra supplies of sheets, towels, loo rolls etc around the flat. The flat has a solid wifi internet connection too which is useful.

The owner - Francisco was always contactable and was at the flat before we arrived to introduce us. He speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. He definitely aims to please his guests and he does.

I would certainly recommend this flat for anyone wanting to visit valencia.

Really great property in a fantastic location

This was perfect for a long weekend but we'd have been happy to stay longer. Ideal for the river park and all the adventures that Valencia holds, and a lovely apartment as well, really well kept and high quality all over. Francisco the owner was really friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend it quite happily and intend to return.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et propre, la terrasse est super nous avons pu déjeuner et diner tous les jours.

Francisco a reçu ma fille pour la réception en donnant toute une foule d'informations sur les transports, les visites et les restaurants avec une liste et un plan détaillé.

Location très calme tout en étant à 5 mm à pied du centre historique ce qui permet de visiter la ville à pied sans soucis, il est très facile de se déplacer par le métro et le bus.

Nous ne repartions que le mardi en fin d'après-midi Francisco nous a laissé profiter de l'appartement jusqu'à notre départ ce qui est extrêmement gentil de sa part.

Nous recommandons vivement et si nous le pouvons nous y retournerons avec plaisir .

Ottimo Appartamento

Appartamento veramente molto bello e assolutamente conforme alle fotografie. Ben arredato a con una cucina grande e ottimamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, piastra induzione, caffettiera, etc.). Zona giorna luminosa e grande con una bella terrazza che da luce e vivibilità. Le camere sono due, spaziose ed entrambi con il loro armadio e si conclude con bagno con vasca e doccia, completo di phon e quanto serve (anche aspirapolvere, asse e ferro da stiro).

La zona è perfetta per visitare la città, a 100 mt dalla strada principale che costeggia lo stupendo parco realizzato nell'alveo del fiume e a due minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale.

Il Sig. Francisco è estremamente gentile e ci ha fornito subito una mappa della città con evidenziati i principali punti e servizi.

Non sembra un appartamento per le vacanze e per noi (con due bambini) è stato ottimale, essendo al piano 5° ma con ascensore che arriva diretto alla porta di casa.

Prima appartement. Lekker licht, schoon en zeer compleet ingericht. Locatie is centraal en alles is goed te bereiken. Heerlijk groot terras, de hele middag zon. Goede ontvangst van de gastheer. Kortom prima appartement voor een hele goede prijs. Ik zou dit appartement aan iedereen willen aanbevelen.
